I'm so happy I got this chest freezer. Been wanting one for awhile. We needed more room for frozen foods and its perfect. It got cold in just a couple hours after plugging in. We've had it in our garage for almost a month now. Even comes with a light inside. Delivery was quick. I had to take it out the box myself though. Delivery guys just left it in my garage. If I ever need another one I will definitely buy again.

Absolutely love it, great size and keeps all my good frozen even half way up of the temperature knob. Super light to move around and pick up, and ease of use as well as unboxing

Was debating on this item but I am glad I went with it. It is the right size and it's very light to move plenty of room inside definitely a good choice.

I bought eight of these at the same time for my farm-to-table beef business. I have been operating them at the coldest setting for almost two months without issue. I think the biggest surprise to me was how little power they consume. I am able to run all eight on a single 15 amp circuit as long as I stagger the starts. I can fit a half cow in one of these easily.

Great little chest freezer. Quick delivery by Best Buy, there was a small dent on the bottom rear corner but didn’t affect performance. My only complaint is there is no way to buy additional baskets, not even online or from manufacturer. I found storage cubes fit with plenty of room for air circulation and stack, to make finding food easier. The light is nice. I’ve had a 3.5 cf chest freezer from same manufacturer for 4 years and it’s been great also.

Works great! Nice size and has a basket. The light was a bonus!!!! I like that it has the adjustable temperature. I read some of the reviews (im a review type of person) i didnt have any damage to mine and happy with my purchase!

It’s a freezer... aaaand it freezes stuff. So ya, it works cause stuff is frozen. Working as designed and expected. I do like the light and it’s quiet. It was easy to handle and install. During transport, for every 15 minute increment that it is on its side, you will need to 1 hour before plugging it in. 30 min on its side = 2 hours standing in its upright position before plugging it in.

The performance is better than expected, and the value for the price is excellent. It’s a great choice if you need a second freezer without spending too much. The finishing could be slightly better, but it doesn’t affect the function, and I’m very satisfied overall.

Since March we have been trying to find a chest freezer that wasn’t overpriced and had great reviews. We ordered our freezer and picked it up curbside and took it home. Took it out of the box and the back had a large dent in it and it was missing two of the adjustable legs. That being said we set it up and let it begin to freeze. It was cold immediately. We have had it for over a month now and we barely notice it. It’s very quiet and a great size for our family. I did put pegs under it to make sure it is level but besides that and the dent this freezer is a great freezer and we love it. There is a light in the inside that makes it very easy to see and find what you are looking for. Im still going to give this freezer 5 stars because despite those two things this is the perfect size for any family and quiet if you are worried about noise. The price is great and it’s doing what it was made for.

Works exactly as advertised. Keeps frozen foods frozen. The extra convenience of having a small basket for frequently accessed foods is handy.

I’ve had this freezer for almost one year now - so far it’s one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. Temperature is constant at around -25 C, and frost build up has been far less than expected. The internal space is way more than I expected - I have about 2+ months of meat, fruit, vegetables stocked up, including a couple 24 pound turkeys. I’m 5’6” and have zero problems reaching to the bottom, and have the freezer in my kitchen - super quiet. Best buy delivery was professional once they managed to get a truck (first attempt was aborted when the truck driver didn’t think he could get in my alley and didn’t have a trolley).

Excellent freezer. The perfect height. Takes up less space in my garage than expected. We use it to store breast milk. We also have an upright freezer, but this freezer is better since it can seem to hold more than the upright 7cuic feet one we have.

Received it today 3/17/2020; searched it for dents and damage while delivery guys were here. None. Had them wait while I plugged it in and no issues. Took only a few short minutes for the freezer to do what it does. Extremely quiet, compact, and plenty of room. I’ll be buying another in the near term.

Love my Insignia freezer. Not too big or small. Fits perfectly inside my garage. Very quiet and has enough space inside to store food or boxes

Works great! If your like me and buy a lot of frozen foods its perfect. Not to big or to small , just the right size. I also like to keep extra bags of ice in there. If power goes out it will stay cool for a while. I haven't had any issues with it so far. I recommend getting the warranty.

I’ve been extremely happy with my deep freezer. Space and quality. I just had it break down and it was only three years old. I had purchased the 3 year protection plan and it was a smooth and easy process and I had a replacement the next day. I’m not sure why it died. I’m going to assume it was just a one off. I ended up getting the exact same one.

It took a while to get, but it ultimately came in a week after it was supposed to. It seems to work as it should, I am keeping it in the garage (in Florida) so that may explain how quickly frost and some ice forms on the inside. But it should work well with keeping extra things cold during hurricane power outages. I am a little concerned with some of the dents that I found when it was unboxed, but again, it works and I needed something. The box mine came in showed no blemishes, so my only recommendation would be to unbox the item at the store before taking it home to make sure there is no hidden damage to your unit. I am going to ask Best Buy to comp an extended warranty as piece of mind in case the damage to my freezer has any affect on the service life. I had to prop one corner up with a tile to make it sit level. All in all, it is a pretty nice little freezer that I would recommend to anyone.

This deep freezer is perfect with plenty of room. It may look small on the outside but the inside is great.

Average 7.0 ft³ deep freezer but this one has a small advantage over others it comes with a light and most units don't. It's very quiet and I mean almost silent. I would recommend this product to anyone 4 $169 this is a steal compared to 189 and above 4 units without a light. Two thumbs up
