It’s very silent and very efficient. Doesn’t take up space and cools very quickly

The performance is better than expected, and the value for the price is excellent. It’s a great choice if you need a second freezer without spending too much. The finishing could be slightly better, but it doesn’t affect the function, and I’m very satisfied overall.

This deep freezer is perfect with plenty of room. It may look small on the outside but the inside is great.

I love it!! I have a freezer on the bottom of my refrigerator and it is just not big enough. With Christmas tamales and cookies I definitely needed this. It fits perfectly in the cubby space in my garage. No dent, no issues....just a great freezer with awesome space! I am sooooo happy I bought it. The price can't be beat. And this is such a light weight, I could have picked it up from the store myself but didn't know. So save your money on delivery.

Great size and quiet. Only issues are I wish it came in black and less than 1-2 months, ice began building on walls. Other than that, it's great and I love the inside light feature!

These Insignia freezers are a great value. Having purchased multiple models over the years they have all been reliable. The 7 cf model does have a light in the lid.

I picked up this item from the location nearest me. The box appeared to be intact. But after opening up the box I noticed that there were two large dents on the side of freezer. I can tail that this did not come from shipping and handling this came from the manufacturer and they still proceeded to package up and ship this deep freezer .with two large dents on the side fortunately it did not affect the way it works. This freezer works very well and I highly recommend. I don’t appreciate the dents on the side but overall I’m satisfied.

This is an excellent freezer. Runs quietly and holds a lot of food for its size. Have it in the basement for extra storage.

Great product! Spur of the moment we needed a deep freezer and this chest freezer works perfectly. Picked up the same day and has been plugged in, running, and keeps our meat frozen.

My experience with buying this deep freeze was quite a whirlwind. First off we came to pick up the order, we were sent with someone else’s order. I sent my husband back to swap them out. He comes back with our actual order and there is a huge dent in the corner of the freezer so bad you couldn’t even open the door. So we go back a third and final time, the employees were apologetic and fixed our problem pretty quickly. We received a partial refund for our time and a brand new deep freeze! I have always loved using Best Buy and will always come back. Accidents happen

For a smaller freezer, she holds a lot more than you would expect. I am quite satisfied with it. I am pretty short and was worried I would be able to reach things on the bottom, but haven't had any problems yet. It comes with one removable basket that hangs on the lips of the top of it, and it's super handy, so I may even buy another one or two, if I can find them. I sprung for the installation, because I wanted it in the basement, and the guys were great!
