I am quite satisfied with it. I am pretty short and was worried I would be able to reach things on the bottom, but haven't had any problems yet. It comes with one removable basket that hangs on the lips of the top of it, and it's super handy, so I may even buy another one or two, if I can find them. I sprung for the installation, because I wanted it in the basement, and the guys were great!

It's nice to be able to grocery shop for freezer items and don't have to think about if it's going to fit...! I have it in my garage and putting items right into it from the grocery store is easier and convenient.. works great and price was great..!

I needed a place to put some stuff from my main freezer and this works perfect. It’s not too big and it’s not too small. I was told I could hold a quarter of a cow when I got home I plugged it in and I noticed that there’s a light on the inside. Also, I did not change the switch for cooling. It is straight up and down which is how it came from the manufacture. I’ve had it for about six weeks now and I don’t have any issues. It’s as cold as it needs to be. This is a decent purchase and I definitely recommend it.

Works with a regular outlet, inside light when you lift the lid. Also a hanging basket you can store items near the top so they don't get lost in the deep freezer. Also it has a drain plug and easy to adjust temp dial in the front. Definitely recommend.

I purchased this freezer on December 31, 2023. I am happy with the room in this freezer and that it came with a basket. I have purchased two more baskets and all 3 fit great across the top! The light built into the freezer lid is an added BONUS.

It is larger than I imagined and is the perfect size for my winter food storage. Best Buy delivered it for me and the process was fast and easy with clear communication about arrival time. The delivery/installation man was lovely. The whole experience was 5 stars, the kind of service I love to experience. I will definitely be purchasing from Best Buy again.
