Even if you choose high dry it’s still shut off when it thinks it’s dry not when the clothes are actually dry.

The washer was delivered damaged and we did not accept the washer. I could not believe the delivery team told us we could get a faster washer replacement if we accepted the bad product, we didn't accept the bad product. Delivery of replacement washer delayed by 4-5 days because of the damage. The dryer was installed 6/25/2021, used for 2 days and already making a knocking noise. What a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, my guess is they will want to come and repair a brand new dryer and I suppose I'll have to accommodate bad delivery and poor product issues by taking off additional days, which I don't have, so these issues can be fixed. I want what I paid for and it should be a new functioning product, not something that is in need of repair after 2 days after purchase!
