Needed more organization than a chest freezer. This provided that in a space with a unique setup.

Its good for the price, it is slightly loud but not overly.

The reason why I bought this one is we can lower the temperature to 30F with refrigerator mode. But it cannot go below than 36F. I tested with 3 different type of thermometer. I tried to contact customer service, but the exchange process was very annoying. I should wait the new one more than a week after I return it because they didnt have stocks around me. I need this right now and i can not wait that long...So, i decided use current one... I dont know this is defective one or just not good product. I dont recommend this item if you aim to some temperature range. Dont belive their number!

Nice freezer for the amount paid. A little small great for a small space.

I have thisnin my garage but when it condensates it leakes water inside and out

Do not buy. Had for only 8 months and it died and I lost six or seven hundred dollars and Best Buy doesn’t what to do anything about it because we didn’t buy an extended warranty, why would I buy a extended warranty if the freezer comes with a warranty and it is only 8 months old?

1 month into storage we has 1/2 inche ice build-up inside the unit. Unit run very hot to touch on outside of unit.

Great little freezer that fits in the storage area of our apartment. Delivery was on time and there was no damage. I chose the middle temperature range for the freezer setting and within a few hours the temperature was 0 degrees. Since it is an upright everything is easy to reach and it holds quite a lot of food. It is very quiet!

First one came with a giant dent picked up from store, second one came with a dent delivered

Damage to the back of unit, returned. Offer to get me new one but it take a week, could not wait that long.

Picked up from store specifically to avoid shipping damage yet was still so dented it won’t stand up without wobbling.

Poor rack quality. It shattered overnight on day 1 . Turn on freezer mode, no item inside but glass shattered overnight.

Product was dinged and have been trying to speak to someone about it for over an hour now.

This Refrigerator / Freezer is sized on a smaller scale, I plan to use it as a refrigerator for now. I use it in the garage as a beverage refrigerator. The only thing is that it does not auto defrost. The unit works well, it's quiet and great for having a stocked refridgerator.

We use this in our garage for a drink fridge and there is plenty of space and shelf space. However it rains inside. There is always condensation build up on the top, walls and it will puddle up under the bottom drawer. Maybe it’s normal maybe it’s not not to sure. Over all it keeps the drinks ice cold!

Not much to say—we wanted an upright freezer to better organize and access our frozen goods. Since it's an appliance that runs constantly, my minimum requirement was that it be Energy Star certified. This one is, though I’m still not totally clear on how much it actually saves compared to a non-certified model. To maximize energy savings, we run it on the warmest (or "lowest freeze") setting, which the manual—and our infrared thermometer—confirm holds steady around 10°F. The coldest setting drops it to about -11°F. One feature I really like is that it can be converted into a refrigerator. I may never use it that way, but it adds resale value for anyone who might. The stainless steel finish with no handles gives it a clean look in our basement. I'm not using it in the garage, and it blends well with our other stainless appliances nearby. I didn’t need to switch the door hinge, but I appreciated that the option was there. When I picked this up in July 2024, it was on sale for just under 3 bills/ At that price, with all the features it includes, it really felt like a no-brainer.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by its performance; it runs so quietly that I’ve had to open the door several times just to check if it’s still working! This little freezer is the perfect addition to my home! Finally, I can make as much broth as I want to, And I save money buying large packs of frozen berries and meats without having that be all I can fit in the freezer of my side-by-side. It’s super quiet and compact, there’s plenty of space between the racks,plus I love that it has a drawer. Just by opening and closing the door you can tell how sturdy and well built it is. The best part is that it’s upright, so no rummaging around, pulling half of the contents out to find that one something. I cannot recommend this freezer highly enough!

Finally talked my hubby into letting me get a separate freezer for all my baking and portioned large meals (think Lasagna etc).. Got this one - it's SUPER QUIET, we haven't noticed any rise in our bill, and super cold! LOVE that it can be a fridge or a freezer, but got it for freezer ability. It's been running since Christmas time and barely any frost at all and i open it ever day (sometimes several times a day) Decent price, great warranty, and was delivered, not just to my door but to the exact spot i wanted to put it! :) LOVE my freezer!
