    They delivered a bad dyer, customer service scheduled a switch out but didnt schedule install with it so I refused delivery and said forget it. Here I am over a month later waiting for a refund and best buy customer service is absoutly terrible, they have no idead what they are doing and I keep getting an e-mail from the customer service specialst asking me to call back and schedule a delivery... firstly when you call her she doesnt answer, secondly I am not asking for a delivery, I just need a refund. I have spoken to at least 6 different people at Best Buy Customer Service and I keep getting the run around that "someone will call me back soon to resolve the issue". Note I purchased this on black friday and here I am still dealing with it. I spoke to a supervisor who assured me the refund is coming, 1 week later... crickets. DONT BUY FROM BEST BUY. There is a reason they are a dying business.

    POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE FOR DEFEECTIVE ITEM

    We puchased this dryer on 6/30, It seemed to be louder than normal and take too long to dry the clothes, the noise then became even louder. On 7/28, I called to have it replaced and was told the request was outside the 15 day replacement period. A Geek squad repair tech was sent to our home 8/19, (time off from work # 1), Dryer needed a new motor, Motor delivered and the tech returned 8/26 (time off from work # 2), only to find that the wrong motor was ordered. An appointment was made for the tech to return on 8/30 (missed time from work # 3). On the first 2 occasions I informed the tech that this was unacceptable and I would like a replacement, we also spoke on the phone and chatted with a live rep and were told on all occasions that they were unable to deviate from protocol. The 3-4 calls and chats each took 20-45 mins with numerous prompts and much hold time. The reps were professional, but unable to help in any way. We were unsuccessful in our attempts to speak with a manager or supervisor. We are waiting for a call back from a customer service supervisor in the next 24hours. the whole experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. This experience has made me highly unlikely to order anything online from best buy, due to the lack of integrity in standing by their signature brand product.

    Multiple issues with this brand. Do not recommend. Tumbler was broken on the first one delivered. The second one - the fittings on the back were sheared off. Best Buy did a terrible job accommodating, both in store and their 1-800 number. I will never shop with Best Buy again. I’ve spent $1,000s of dollars over the year and they weren’t able to make my time and inconvenience right. Shop elsewhere and definitely do not buy Insignia.

    I received the dryer and it is not in working condition… It will not heat… Cooling light stays on constantly… Best Buy is replacing this dryer with another one.

    I have only had it a few months,And it's not drying properly. It takes hrs to dry one load. I also had problems with this brand washing machine.

    It's ok... it dries the clothes, which is all i wanted, nothing spectacular. I had to run it a second time to really get the clothes dry.

    Have tried multiple settings for dryness and efficiency and so far, not so good. It doesn't seem to like a "load" with sorting and separating and "take 2" following. The drying drum is huge and has plenty of drying choices which should resolve the problem, but not yet. Just a bit awkward unloading the dryer, too.
