The directions, as others have mentioned, are bewildering, even with the instruction book at hand. But the 30 second button is easy, and works fine. It isn’t as powerful as my old ugly big one, but it fits in my tiny kitchen space. I like it.

My Insignia microwave is part of tiny kitchen.

It is little and pretty, but still can fit a dinner plate for warming left overs. Part of my master bedroom is what I call, “My tiny kitchen”. My Insignia Microwave fits perfectly on top of my Hisense little refrigerator (has a separate freezer).. I also have a collection of tiny appliances (Dash).

It is absolutely excellent and reliable for what it does. It heats coffee & soup, and small frozen meals. It occupies very little space. Now that my new over the range has arrived, I have moved it to the pantry. Would also be perfect in a dorm.
