Poor landline phone cord selection

However, the choice of the cord lengths was poor. It was necessary for me to purchase two (2) cords, one 7ft length and one 25ft length. I wasn’t sure if the 7ft cord would work for my needs and there was not a 10ft or 15ft length available in your store. I was therefore forced to purchase BOTH lengths of cord and to return the one that wouldn’t work best for me. Logically, it seemed that you should have offered, at the least, one cord length between 7 and 25 feet. There was not a blank space, at your point of sale, to indicate that an interim size cord was out of stock. Poor selection of cord lengths available at store.
