No guide for the settings

I reached out to the Insignia customer service and they could not provide a more detailed guide. I am experiencing odd warping of the images, but not often. 95% of the time this TV works great and overall I'm happy with the quality for how much I paid. However the lack of detailed settings guides and also the weird image distortion issue is occasionally frustrating.
