We thought we were getting a bargain, but we were so wrong!!! We got it in early June, and started having problems almost immediately. When watching shows with lots of dark backdrops (Obi-Wan Kenobi, Strange New Worlds), we began to see warping and rippling throughout, so much so it was a little nauseating. I can also see a strange outline on the left hand side of the TV, kind of like a bubble. We're streaming with very high connection speed (500 mbps) and don't have this problem with any of the other TVs. Now we're going through the painstaking process of getting a technician to come out and attempt to fix the problem. At least Insignia was quick about responding. It's just a shame that such an expensive TV requires this much effort to watch

The TV is half light and half dark. When I called the Technical Support line (actually chat), they told me that to set up an in-home service appointment, I would need to pay ~$110 even though I have a total member service plan that I paid $179 for. Beware of what you purchase, and be sure to think about the long term for these "sale" items and "warranties."
