I have been used to Roku TVs and found that this TV just was not for me. Went back to my trusted Roku TVs.

TV's are malfunctioning!!!

Every time I go to watch an app, it just circles around and never plays. I know it's not my internet, the strength is very good and my other non-firestick tv works just fine. I cannot seem to get adequate help from the customer service line. I just keep getting transferred or disconnected, The service is horrible. If I cannot get adequate help soon, I'm going to have to get a FULL REFUND of all my money for this purchase!!!!!

Disappointed

Good news is it’s still in the returnable date. We have exact same tv in 55in and we love it and the added fire tv. That why we bought this 70in and I see there is none in our available area to exchange it for as we would be willing to try another 70in insignia as we probably just got bad one. Bad news is we need to find another brand now with no supply of them.

Lower priced TV with lower quality picture

Constant problems

Disney plus just hangs and hangs. Hours of a slow moving spiral saying subscription problem. App works fine on our other tv, ipads, and iphones. Sound occasionally turns into a high pitched mess that requires tv to be turned off and unplugged from the wall. If I wanted to constantly troubleshoot a tv, I woulda bought a pawn shop bargain. This tv is not worth anything near what they are asking

70” Insignia FireTv

I’m not sure if it’s because this is a firetv but there is a noticeable shaky effect the the picture quality. The picture will be normal than in the background it will appear as though there is movement.
