Ghost tv

It all went well durin set up, recently I added Bluetooth speaker and it seems to be working good. After we turn it off at night it will turn on by itself so we have been disconnecting it lately

3 days no picture.

Turned it on and the sound worked but no picture. Looked online for a possible solution. One of two, both easy enough , one unplug tv from power source for a minimum of sixty seconds, that worked for me. Other do a factory reset. Why am I having to do this basically straight out of the box? The next few months should be interesting. Not a great start.

Best Buy unable to fix - Will not replace

I purshaed this tv a few days ago and i just got it. As i’m going to hook the tv up the power cord doesn’t fit at all. I call the store and get the whole run around about me having to buy a whole new power cord when they gave me a wrong cord to begin with. I’m very upset with the way customer service treated me as i needed help with this situation.

Got replacement, no problem. Replacement has same problems. Will return and try different brand. Best It stands behind what they sell.

They delivered what appeared to br an open bix TV stand for this item that they sold to ne as new. Broken pieces galore. Had to returnnjt on my own dime. Then BB botches ghe delivery address for the actual TV THREE TIMES. Never git the TV even thiugh I ordered TWO weeks before the SB. Avoid BB at all costs and save yourself the time and frustration. Zero starts. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

When got home plugged the tv ,it turned on but picture was fuzzy. Maybe damaged during delivery. I called Best Buy but it was over 15 days. called Insignia sent pictures but never had y issue resolved, Out all the money Paid. Very disappointed. Have bought several items from Best Buy , I always get warranty but this time I over looked buying it.
