    The TV itself is great. Takes a little to get it set up but it’s awesome. We bought a sound bar and subwoofer so I haven’t really tested the sound of it but so far it was fine

    I had this TV for about a year and it formed a black shadow right when the manufacture warranty expired. Smh, don't trust random brands. They clearly aren't built to last. Thankfully I got the geek squad warranty but they couldn't repair it because parts weren't available. The technician said the same thing happened to someone else's Insignia TV and they had to replace their TV as well. Go figure. Hopefully LG won't let me down. I had to pay an additional $200 + for LG because the value of this Insignia TV went down from the price that I paid and I didn't have enough credit do a clean transfer. Get you a better TV.

    In fast action scenes creates a blue shadow

    This television has a problem! when there are fast moving actions it creates a very annoying blue shadow all the time, that in other televisions I had never noticed but here it happens all the time, it is very frustrating that's why I give it 3 stars!

    Loved TV until one day approximately 3 weeks ago. I turned it on and it had lines down the screen and no longer works. Two techs at two different times came to my home to diagnose the TV. It cannot be repaired and I have called Insignia 8 times since Jan 25th to have it replaced and have only got the runaround. Today I was told to call the last tech that came to my house for a code of some sort. The TV was delivered on Nov. 7th 2023 and worked for 2 months.

    Looks great but has some bad qlitch where the apps play through while watching something else like a movie .this was our 2nd 70 inch the replacement did the same thing

    The tv was delivered broken. Worse part is that is was part of a holiday sale so there was no option for replacement. Also no alternative tv was offered. Im just out. Not a great experience. 0 out of 5 stars. Would not recommend

    This tv is horrible I only had it for 9 months it die for no reason and now the manufacturer is giving me the run around I do not recommend
