A little funky setting up but then great pic

Turn off super resolution. Then you'll need to set other settings to your preferences. I turned off Missy accepting motion control. Should clear up picture quality and noise. I've this is done you'll have a great picture.

FireTV/Amazon Prime issue

I have two amazon accounts but only one has prime. I can't use amazon prime on this one because I needed it to be on the non prime email. Seems dumb that you can't log in to your amazon video with a different account than what your tv is registered to. Price is right for this size.

I had it installed on my bedroom wall and it’s like I’m in the movie theater. The color and sound is fantastic and very enjoyable for the NFL football season. I wouldn’t hesitate to continue shopping at Best Buy. Thx Lewis Singletary.

The picture is very perfect. Alexa help you with a lot of stuff that you don’t know is good to download things on as quick and as fast easy to find apps and everything I give him a 10 out of 10.

A repairman was sent to my home immediately & he determined that it needed to be replaced. Within a week a had a brand new replacement & I've been ecstatic ever since. THANKS BEST BUY!!!!
