    TV is not very easy to navigate. Using as monitor not getting proper aspect ratio. need to call them again. Love the streaming. great choice of movies.

    I purchased this tv a week ago and got in home delivery set the tv up it was broken! I contacted Best Buy immediately and was told I had wait 24 hours to even report it rather than them trying to resolve the issue. All I asked for was an exchange and was told I had to wait 4 days for a replacement the replacement comes today just for it to be another broken tv!! The way they handle customers and issues is beyond ridiculous. I was told that i would have to wait 3-5 days for another replacement why would I keep waiting a week at a time to receive broken merchandise? Why do you feel its ok to inconvenience a customer repeatedly? This is an issue that could’ve been resolved in a day but Best Buy has no concern for customers. I was also unable to speak to a supervisor and when you try to contact the local store your call just goes back to the agents who work at the call center. So here I am with yet another broken 70 inch tv being told that I have to wait to report the issue because they claim the system doesn’t say it was delivered despite me receiving a email saying its been delivered and of course I’ll be told that I have to wait 10 days to even get my money back but that time frame wont start until they decide they want to pick up the broken tv. I will never purchase anything else from Best Buy ever again!! They need to do better and I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase this tv because there’s clearly an issue they’re neglecting to resolve.

    **Title: Terrible Experience and Poor Quality** I had a horrible experience with the **Insignia 70" Class F50 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV**. The TV arrived broken right out of the box, which was incredibly frustrating. On top of that, I had to wait nearly two weeks to get a replacement, which is unacceptable. Once the new one finally arrived, I was immediately disappointed by the cheap build quality. It feels flimsy and poorly made, and the picture quality isn’t impressive either. I expected much better, even at this price point. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere — this TV is not worth it. **1 star.**

    I received this TV with several internal cracks in the screen. Was told that I could not return it after I purchased a two year warranty because the warranty did not cover damage that was caused by them.

    I bought the 70” Class F50 LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV and I’m really impressed. The picture quality is excellent—bright, sharp, and perfect for movies and sports. The built-in Fire TV makes it super easy to stream all my favorite apps, and Alexa voice control is a nice bonus. Setup was quick and simple, and for such a huge screen the price is hard to beat. If you’re looking for a big TV that delivers great performance without spending a fortune, this is definitely the one.

    My rating is inclusive of all factors. This display is outstanding for it's price - color is good, motion blur is good, contrast ratio is good. Darned thing is BIG, but surprisingly lightweight. I'm not a huge fan of FireTV, I love Roku's OS, but there's nothing really wrong or missing. I'd like it to be bit faster, but again FOR THE PRICE, I'm quite impressed and satisfied. I did my research and found out that this unit is likely manufactured by Samsung or using Samsung parts in one of their contract manufacturing facilities. As such, I expect it will be pretty robust and provide a good usable life. That's really my only hesitation and time will tell if it holds up. So if you have a hang-up with the Insignia brand, it has credibility. Keep in mind that if you buy a display that is this large, you can't sit right on top of it. If you're too close, it looks soft, almost fuzzy - but back up and it looks good. I haven't pushed it to try 4H/UHD yet, expect that once we start seeing HDR and more pixels it's going to look really good. I wish YouTube TV (my MVPD of choice) streamed their quad window in 4K so each constituent window came through in HD resolution... But then they would have to have SDR-to-HDR up-conversion in their head-end and that's probably asking too much right now. Again, for the price, this has been an excellent display and I would happily buy another for my bedroom. I recommend it highly.
