I received this TV with several internal cracks in the screen. Was told that I could not return it after I purchased a two year warranty because the warranty did not cover damage that was caused by them.

i ordered this product and got the wrong size and they will not refund or replace item

I bought the 70” Class F50 LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV and I’m really impressed. The picture quality is excellent—bright, sharp, and perfect for movies and sports. The built-in Fire TV makes it super easy to stream all my favorite apps, and Alexa voice control is a nice bonus. Setup was quick and simple, and for such a huge screen the price is hard to beat. If you’re looking for a big TV that delivers great performance without spending a fortune, this is definitely the one.

My rating is inclusive of all factors. This display is outstanding for it's price - color is good, motion blur is good, contrast ratio is good. Darned thing is BIG, but surprisingly lightweight. I'm not a huge fan of FireTV, I love Roku's OS, but there's nothing really wrong or missing. I'd like it to be bit faster, but again FOR THE PRICE, I'm quite impressed and satisfied. I did my research and found out that this unit is likely manufactured by Samsung or using Samsung parts in one of their contract manufacturing facilities. As such, I expect it will be pretty robust and provide a good usable life. That's really my only hesitation and time will tell if it holds up. So if you have a hang-up with the Insignia brand, it has credibility. Keep in mind that if you buy a display that is this large, you can't sit right on top of it. If you're too close, it looks soft, almost fuzzy - but back up and it looks good. I haven't pushed it to try 4H/UHD yet, expect that once we start seeing HDR and more pixels it's going to look really good. I wish YouTube TV (my MVPD of choice) streamed their quad window in 4K so each constituent window came through in HD resolution... But then they would have to have SDR-to-HDR up-conversion in their head-end and that's probably asking too much right now. Again, for the price, this has been an excellent display and I would happily buy another for my bedroom. I recommend it highly.

I got this huge 70 in Insignia TV for one of my rental apartments, mainly because I needed something big without breaking the bank, and honestly it's been pretty solid! For what you pay the 4K picture quality is surprisingly good, and having Fire TV built in makes it super easy for tenants to use their streaming apps right away, setup was a breeze, which is always super convenient. Overall, it's a great value buy with a decent picture. If I had to nitpick, the sound is just okay (you might want a soundbar eventually), and the remote feels a little basic, but for a rental or just a big screen that gets the job done without fancy frills, I'd definitely pick this one again, it totally met expectations for the price point.

Solid for watching movies/TV as long as your expectation is not that it will have mind-blowing visuals. Have not tried gaming on it, given the refreshing rate and it is not optimized for gaming. Sound quality is ok, but I would definitely recommend a soundbar or supplemental audio for larger rooms. Obviously does not carry much bass. Overall, definitely worthwhile at $370 and have had no issues so far with it.

Big, clear, affordable. It is the perfect new tv for our living room to enjoy football and movies this fall and winter. It wasn't a necessary purchase, but we decided with my husband having ALS we needed to make the best of the seasons and our time together and we love our time watching old movies and it is even better on our big tv.

I Bought this tv because i have had two other smaller insignia fire tvs in the past. Always loved how insignia tv's are easy set up and easy to navigate, and has a small simple multifunctional remote. This 70 inch is the bigger version of the 43 and 55 i had before, with very clear picture and definition. I even went and ordered another 65 inch for the bedroom and swapped the 70 to the living room.. insignia makes very good quality tv's at an affordable price. Absolutely love insignia products. Ordered the insignia 2.1 channel soundbar and wireless subwoofer and the pair up was easy, and everything connected and synced easily. Would not only recommend this tv, but would recommend insignia brand electronics to be of superior quality, and much cheaper than most top brand, with the same quality, at higher prices!

Amazing TV & Great Experience I recently purchased this Insignia FireTV from Best Buy, and I couldn’t be happier. Massive tv. Getting the remote to line up with the sensor is kinda tricky. But non the less, works awesome. Not great for video games but for viewing shows/movies, it’s just fine

The TV is just the right size I need it’s huge. The colors are great. I like the TV. I like the fact that it has the ALEXA added to it and sometimes all I do is say Alexa turn on the TV and it turns it on. I also like the set up of the TV as far as the guide I didn’t have to do much setting up any apps. I only set up a few. The only thing that I am a little disappointed in the fact that when you first turn it on, you always get these previews above the menu and sometimes the screen just goes black and and a few minutes later sometimes the screen will come back on to the previous showing, and sometimes it also does not go from one series to the next it’ll just hold it at the end of the first series and say that there was an issue so I have to go in and manually go to the second series or whatever series I’m on at the time those two things I’m not that happy happy with and it doesn’t do it on all the channels that I look at, but there is there’s one particular channel that it does that almost all the time and I have another tv and it doesn’t do that. also, I wanted to add that with it having the ALEXA it will also go to certain programs you can just ask Alexa to take it to Netflix, Amazon fubo or whatever it is that you’re looking at or you can also have it go to a particular program. I think that’s really cool overall so far the TV is OK. I haven’t had it but just a few months if I need to do an update, I’ll come back and do an update but for right now, I’m OK
