Tv is great runs slow and lag a lil but I’m happy overall

Great all around. I would definitely have to say for the price of this tv it's worth it.

My TV it’s big and to see the movies on 4K it’s a good felling

This TV is less than 2 weeks old and I am already having backlight issues. The screen turns on normally and them gets bright for no reason. It has nothing to do with my settings. The Netflix logo goes from black and red to gray and pink. Rendering it useless. The TV is also way too large to take to the store for an exchange so I will likely need to rent a uhaul van just to take it to the store for a return exchange. EXTREMELY inconvenient

I had my TV delivered for a Christmas present. She opened it and the screen was shattered! She called them to try to do an exchange, but apparently you only have 15 days to do the exchange. I bought it on Black Friday so we’re past the 15 days. We got nothing but a broken TV! I will never buy from Best Buy again ever!

This was my second Insignia tv because the first one that was purchased less than a month prior started making loud noises. I was allowed to replace with a new tv. The screen on 70” Insignia constantly goes green. I am now awaiting delivery of my third tv(not an Insignia) next week.

I bought this Insignia 70” after returning an Insignia 65” for momentarily displaying green backgrounds after every channel or app change. After one week, this television had the same problem. See pictures. I replaced it with a TCL 65”.

Item came broken screen when it turned on had black lines through it and cracked

I am extremely happy with this TV and wall mount combo. It is a tremendous value for quality products! The wall mount was a breeze to install and mount the TV to. The picture and sound quality, are surprising for what is considered a budget device. Also the game mode works well and is easy to use. I would highly recommend both products together. I've always been pleased with the quality of products and costomer care at Best buy. My experience gets better every time.

Great deal! This TV was the perfect size for my living room, measurements on TV description on Best Buy website made it easy to determine space needed. Picture quality and sound are perfect. I chose the delivery option and they didn’t disappoint. The gentlemen that delivered my new TV were very professional and even offered to open box to make sure TV was not damaged since there was a small dent on the box.

Awesome tv and great picture. We purchased the 70” and it’s perfect for our space. We’re thinking about getting another one in 65” for the master bedroom

Love it, color is great, sound is expected average, the size and everything is awesome. Need two people to unbox and set up bc it’s so big.

Good for the price, larger on the wall than I expected. Not top of the line but top for value. Remote back falls off sometimes. I'm happy with the TV.

I would recommended this tv to anyone who is looking for a quality tv at a decent price. I wasn’t trying to spend thousands on a tv and this tv does everything I need it to and the picture is great. Very easy to use as well, links directly to amazon prime account.
