Overall, this seems to be an excellent dehumidifier. My criteria are simple: Does it remove dampness (yes), is it reasonably efficient (sort of), is it intrusive or noisy (no)? My only concern--and this applies to ALL dehumidifiers imported from China--is its durability. Obviously, only time will tell, but I am glad I purchased the extended warranty as I know BestBuy will stand behind the product.

This dehumidifier works great. Not too noisy and takes a lot of water out the air. Turns off when the reservoir is full, then once it is emptied and placed back, it turns back on automatically. Worked so good, I had to buy one for my father in law

I have only had this for a few week but it has made a HUGE difference in my basement. First couple days I had to empty it twice a day. Now it is down to once a day and loving how much easier it is to breathe in my below grade basement.

this dehumidifier works great! Fills up quick. Water holder not that big or maybe my basement is really pulling the water. 70 pint perfect size anything smaller would be waste unless you live in one small room.

This unit works great. Have it in my basement and with all the humidity this year it made the basement very comfortable. It is also very quiet. A lot quieter then I thought it was going to be. As of this post I recommend it.

This unit works great! I've only used the humidity setting operationally (LED display with 30%-90% settings in 5% increments) , but it also has a "turbo", "cont.(inuous)", and a timer setting and a few necessary alarms such as water reservoir full and filter needs cleaning and defrost cycle. I've not owned it long enough to speak to reliability. I was mildly disappointed by it's larger then expected size, but if I had more carefully noted the size on the specifications this would not have happened, so that's on me.

I bought this dehumidifier to keep my basement dry while being out of town. I attached a hose to it and put it in the sump pump. So far, everything is great, very low noise and I never have to shut it off. I never have to empty it and the room stays dry. This is one of my best investments and I highly recommend purchasing one.

Only owned one other so I cant compare a lot, but I picked this one up for the price and features. Really wanted a pump, but this being on sale, had to grab it for its size and ability. It worked well via attached hose for continuous drain, kept my basement much drier!

I'm using this to dehumidify my 2 car garage in So. FL - Gets the humidity down to 10% Much better than 65% without. Does heat the space up 3 degrees but 87 to 90 degrees is pretty much the same level of warm air.

It works great! The only thing I would add is to be able adjust it using an app. Add bluetooth or WIFI connectivity and it would make it the best!

Been running this non-stop for just about a month. It pulls tons of moisture out of the air and has improved the quality of the air. No more damp, moist, swampy rooms. Great deal when it was the Deal of the Day!

Purchased this particular model because it had the option to use a drain hose. Very impressed with the amount of moisture it pulls from the air. Run this unit continuously with no problems so far. Highly recommend.

I got this for my grandmother that was asking me for a humidifier. The price was good on sale. She is amazed how mush humidity this product picked up from her apartment. Easy to set up that she did it herself.

We bought one previously on a deal of the day and when it came up again we had to get another one for the basement, it works great and is much quieter than an other brand we had. Really good purchase!!!!!!!

Removes enough moisture from the air that the house feels much more comfortable. Not sticky. Replaces a 45 pint dehumidifier that ran for 9 years before it blew up. Very pleased with this purchase.

We like this dehumidifier quite a bit. It pulls humidity out of the air quickly and provides reliable feedback on the humidity level in our home. However, this one is at least twice as loud as our previous Frigidaire dehumidifier. It's so bad that we can't leave it on overnight without it bothering us. So it has become just a day-time device for us. For that reason I recommend looking elsewhere.

Even with my central air it can be humid so bought this to help with the humidity and to use on days that are humid but not hot enough to use the central air. I only used this once but it did help. Will not know much until next Summer .

Received the unit well packaged. Unit required minimal assembly with instructions that were clear both written and pictorially. All functions work as designed with a minimal level of noise,

This dehumidier has been working flawlessly by extracting gallons of water from inside our master closet in our hhouse in FLorida. The clthes went from smelling dank to odorless.
