They are great cheap charging blocks. Along with getting the right cables to work along with them, you will be charging your phone or laptop fairly quickly.

Well sir, you need two plugs because sometimes you have a computer, sometimes you have a phone, sometimes you have a kid saying "Hey I've got an iPad and I need to charge it." Excellent stuff.
