Decent, affordable TV with some limitations

The bad new is, the processor is underpowered, and you will feel it when you scroll.

Good size for livingroom!

Provided Bluetooth Remotes doesnt Work out of box.

I had already mounted it and got it ready but the only thing support could tell me to do was take it back and return it. . . . By doing so I would have to take it down off the wall and load it back into my Truck in which I no longer have a box. I bought a new remote for $30.00 and this helped with the setup. If your going to spend over $700.00 on a tv choose something else.

Get the warrantee. Sucks.

There is faulty manufacturing that will cause lights to go out RIGHT after the 1 year. A shadowy light/dot right at the bottom. Best buy will be of no help. Sucks- if they have a product that isn't reliable they should support. We will take out money elsewhere next time.

Kind of disappointed

Edge lighting is awful

But the edge lighting on this tv is really really bad. Any time there is a black screen it looks like there are flashlights pointed at all of the edges of the tv. I wish I would’ve gone with a slightly better TV but the sale price in store got me.

Broken screen

Turned out to be a huge dissapointment. After all the work i went through to put it together it once I pu and plugged it the TV's screen was broken from the inside. $600 down the drain because Best buy is not willing to take it back. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This isn’t it.

I dislike pretty much everything about it compared to the othr TVs I have from Best Buy. The worst thing is that if you have a YouTube or background video on for an extended time, the screen does a bright green flash intermittently about every 20 min or so. I like to leave my TV on a rainy sleep YouTube screen; however it wakes me up every 30 min or so when it does a bright green flash. None of my other TVs do this, so I know it’s the actual product and not YouTube. Hate this.

Breaks easily
