Tv goes black and no sound so upset

Works until warranty expires

Volume was always quieter than our smaller fire tv but it didn’t both us. Of course 14 months after we bought it the screen isn’t working, just a blue glow. Tried everything, but it’s broken. Warranty is only 1 year so we are screwed. Will never by this product again, our other fire tv has been going strong for 6+ years. Highly disappointed!

Get the TCL instead

Terrible quality

Watching Netflix and prime it is at least every 30 minutes or so. I picked up the tv on June 9th after they delayed me then the return date allowed was June 24th. Of course today is July 2nd. Don’t buy an insignia, go ahead and spend the extra money on something more reliable with a better return policy. Going to go to Best Buy tomorrow but chances are they tell me All i can do is pay another $100 for geek squad. Would have been better off just spending the extra hundred on a better tv and not had to go through this. I’ll try to add photos soon

Broken in lees than a month

It’s past the return window for Best Buy and insignia was zero help even though it’s definitely under warranty for another 11 months. So I paid $700 to make a trip to the dump, basically. It didn’t have very good picture quality when it did work. Essentially reminded me of the TV’s we used to have back in the 90’s or early 00’s

Never buy open box. TERRIBLE deal. Never AGAIN!

I had to rent a van at home Depot same day & last minute when i was told it can be shipped. Had to go back to store to get a power cord and remote. Was sold as "EXCELLENT" condition with all accessories. Never buy open box. Do NOT trust BESTBUY!

Tv only came with small screws

Disappointing Product.

HDMI will give out, and you will get a black screen that won’t go away until you unplug it. You can’t adjust brightness either. On top of all this, it’s nonstop advertising from Amazon. I got this on Black Friday and had to pay someone to pick it up for me. I absolutely hate it with a passion.

The worst tv ever

Dont buy this TV, goes bad ASAP

It has these darkening spots, and has darkening all around the TV and the middle of the TV with circle pattern. Id return it in a heartbeat if I could.

Don't waste your money
