    This TV is brand new out of the box. I took a picture with a completely white screen as the background and it has this really dark spot in the middle of it and circles the corners of the TV are also dark. No reason for the lighting to already be messed up on this TV. Avoid. Trust me. At a certain point I don’t think going the budget route is really worth it. So bad.

    The service was terrible. I bought this TV and had not used it. When I went to assemble it, I realized that it had the bases on the same side. I tried to find a solution and they told me that nothing could be done because 15 days had passed.

    After reading all the reviews I thought this would be a great budget TV however after doing all the work getting the 75 inch up on the wall I was sadly disappointed with a dark circle spot in the middle of screen. Now I have to get it off the wall and back to Best Buy… not super happy about this….

    Had to give 1 star otherwise it be 0. Started having issues after only 2 months use. TV locks up when changing channels, requiring to restart the tv over and over & recently the tv is turning on blue screen & staying blue. Really frustrating, I’ve checked for updates, and no solution.Have had good luck with tvs from Best Buy till this one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS TV

    Never buy Fire TV if you are a heavy Google/chrome cast user. All apps on your phone have a google cast, and none of those would cast on FireTV from your phone. Just so you know, even Prime App on iOS uses google cast, so that doesn't work as well. Amazon SUCKS! This is not Insignia's fault, the TV otherwise is alright and comparable to it's peers in the price range. But using Fire TV is a horrible experience. Alexa works, but most of your streaming apps on phone only have the Google cast icon (that won't work on this TV).

    Absolutely do not recommend this junk. Immediately upon hanging and turning it on, there were white spots glowing all around the perimeter. We have now had it two weeks and an image is “burned” into it and it permanently says “video loss” across the entire bottom half. Spend the extra money and get literally anything BUT this brand.

    This is the first time I strayed away from a Samsung TV and I now regret it. There are faint circles all of the screen - I’ve never seen this before on any TV. It’s actually quite noticeable and distracting when watching TV.

    Screws WAY too short to attach base. Will have to buy proper ones at a hardware store. Customer service was VERY useless. Avoid Worst Buy and Insignia. Disappointing Experience Overall

    I did a ton of research before choosing the Insignia 75" F30 Series 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, & I’m so glad I went with this one. From setup to streaming, everything about this TV has exceeded my expectations. Picture Quality: The 4K resolution is stunning — colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and everything looks crisp and lifelike. Whether I’m watching movies, sports, or gaming, the clarity & smooth motion are top-notch. It genuinely feels like bringing the theater home. Sound: The built-in speakers are surprisingly powerful and clear, with great balance between dialogue to background effects. I didn’t even need a soundbar right away, which says a lot for a TV this size. Smart Features & Fire TV Integration: The Fire TV interface is super intuitive & quick. Alexa voice control makes everything effortless — from switching inputs and adjusting volume to launching Netflix or Prime Video with a simple command.     I'm still settling in with this, but so far so good. First things first: The hardest thing was plugging in the power cord to the back of the TV. It is a polarized plug and the receptacle is inset on the back of the TV. No biggie (so I thought). For whatever reason, the plug would NOT go into the receptacle. Finally after a half hour of trying, I finally got it in. I think there must have been some manufacturing defect preventing it from entering, but I can't swear to that. I even got out flashlights and mirrors to make sure I was doing it in the corrct polarity. After that, I was finally able to power on, at which point I set up the network and password, and it proceeds to do a software update. At first it went OK, but then locked up and told me there was a slow network, so check on it, which I did. No problem with other devices, but I powered the TV off and on, and then it proceeded. But then it got stuck again and told me to check the network. At that point I rebooted the router, and it restarted. It then continued to do several software updates and powered on and off several times. Finally, I was able to get to see the TV and check it out for a few minutes. I then powere off for about a half hour to do something else, then powered back on, at which point it did a software update on my remote control (what the heck?). But now that all the updates have been done, it appears to be working fine. I am very happy (so far) with the quality of the sound and picture. I still have to finalize some connections to Blu-ray, digital optical out, etc. But so far, so good once I got past the initial hassles. Worst part was defitely the power cord which you would think would be a 5 second thing. I will have to unplug it and try plugging it back in several times to see if the problem is solved. For now, I was afraid to unplug it until I could check the TV beacus they only give you 15 days to return it, and it has already been 9 days since I got it and this is the first time I've been able to turn it on. 15 day return is not long enough!!! If all goes well from here out I may return to this review and update it to 5 stars.
