First one arrived damaged despite no obvious trauma to the box. Replacement took a week or so, but it was right after Christmas. Color rendition, refresh rate, deep blacks? Who cares? We were looking for a large 4k tv for the bedroom at a very low price point, and we got it. Happy.

I'm going to buy a sound bar and see if that helps any.
