Fabulous TV! The staff was very kind and courteous. Especially when it came down to the item not fitting in my vehicle and offer different available options including delivery. However I chose to return in a different vehicle and they helped me not once but twice to get my tv home!

Great tv for a great price. I bought 3 insignia for the house already.

TV is good for $400. Biggest issues 1. When alot of wifi is used in the house TV is the only thing that buffers 2. Remote lags

The size is great, other than that it’s not worth the price. Continuously lags and end up going to the Home Screen when watching movies and shows. Volume was great when we plugged in tv, next day you can’t hear anything unless it’s over 50!! Worst buy EVER!! Look at a better brand. While taking this picture it went from YouTube to Netflix without even touching a button -.- I NEED A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT!

Awesome TV for the price. I used to think I had to get the best TV as I have purchased $2600 TV like 10 years ago then realize I don't watch as much as I used to so why spend that type of money on a fill the space TV. I needed a 75" in my new place so the price was right and it is QLED which means nothing to me. I was surprised when I started it up and how clear the picture was. The blacks is not the cleanest black but all in all a great purchase.

So glad I bought this TV! Very clear picture sound quality is amazing, no sound bar required for full sound!

Great picture and a a great value. However the first one arrived damaged. We had it delivered and didn't notice it broken till we had it all set up. Upon checking the delivery company had set a tire against the box. Clear outline on the box. Huge round mark right in the middle. Fortunately Best Buy was easy to work with to change it out. This time we went to get it from the store. As with most TVs, get a sound bar at least. But it's no worse than others.

I am thankful for the put the tv on the wall via AI, it helped a lot because of the sapce that I had to fill and with AI I was able to get the right fit. I placed this TV up against other brands and this was what I was looking for. Being that this TV is just a bedroom TV that would only be watched before bedtime. My wife and I love the picture the sound I perfect for the space that we have.

This tv is a great deal and definitely worth it. Easy to use, looks really nice and great graphics and easy to use
