Well Made Projector Screen at an Attainable Price

This is a well-built and simple-to-set-up projector screen. I was looking for a high-quality screen for my projector that would not be overly complicated to set up and store, as I do not have a space in my home where I can leave it set up permanently. The unit is a bit heavy, but I am thankful for this, as it is a testament to the all-metal build quality. My only complaint would be that you cannot turn the screen on the tripod, so your "third leg" must always be behind the screen. Not a huge deal, but for me, this prevents it from being set up closer to the wall and more out of the way. I was also delighted with the item's safety upon arrival. It was packaged and handled well, to arrive without any noticeable dents or blemishes.

I recently acquired a new projector screen to replace my previous 100-inch model, which was cumbersome to set up, especially in confined spaces. This new unit, while not necessarily more convenient for cramped areas, offers highly commendable simplicity. The setup involves merely attaching the screen to its base and making minor adjustments. The entire process can be completed in as little as two minutes. However, the screen does have some minor imperfections. These are hardly noticeable once a viewing session is underway. Additionally, the material is solid enough to prevent light bleed, even if it doesn't stretch completely flat. One significant drawback is the lack of a carrying case for the screen and base. I have used long Velcro ties to keep them together during transport. This screen is best suited for indoor use or settings with stable ground and minimal wind. The three-prong base is sturdy but can be unstable on uneven surfaces, making the screen susceptible to swaying. In summary, if you're looking for a projector screen that is easy to set up and offers decent quality, this could be a good option, provided you can manage its portability challenges.

Easy to set up. Screen is clean and big enough for back yard viewing. Could be a little more sturdy but overall gets the job done

Decent quality and fairly easy to use. it's a solid 4 stars but I can't say it's 5 stars or nearly perfect. The quality is decent but not as good as I thought. It bends and wobbles a bit too much for my liking.

The tripod is easy to open and close. The projector screen is wide and easy to pull open. When adjusting the projector screen on the tripod....make sure you close it fully and hold it in place (if connected to the tripod) while adjusting the hight on the tripod. Once desired height is reached, it easily locks into place with a push down lever. Do not adjust while the screen is open or you may get pinched. I honestly got this product on sale, so the value was, Excellent! Only things I'd change if I could....being able to open the screen to the full length of the tripod, screen color options (blue/green) and not having to balance the screen while adjusting the height. Having some kind of built-in stabilizer for easier screen adjusting on the tripod would be great. Overall....it is a great product for what I needed teaching wise and I have recommended it to others.

It seems to be good quality, pretty easy to use, and it works well. It's great if you use it inside where there's no wind, but we tried using it outside, and it sways back and forth a lot since the rod holding up the screen is pretty thin and can gently bend back and forth quite a bit. However, we used rope to tie the screen to other metal posts in the ground, and that held the screen really steady, even outside in the wind. For the price, I think it would be difficult to find something better than this screen.

I purchased my screen after reading reviews for the outdoors to watch movies like at the drive in. Winds got up to 12mph today so I put sand bags on the bottom and the screen is protected in between two post on my covered patio. The wind blows yet it stands. We had great movies to bring in the fourth and I am enjoying tonight. I am a single female and find the screen manageable between indoors and outdoors. I gave away to the church the 12 fr. wide 8 ft. long inflatable screen I purchased a couple of weeks ago because it was too big for my taste. The Insignia screen is very versatile for work and play!

For under the price you get a solid, usable projection screen with good size and decent features for many home setups. It won’t be “top-tier” in terms of stability or advanced light-control features, but given the price it punches above its weight. If you keep the tripod on level ground, avoid heavy ambient light or wind, and don’t need advanced features, you’ll likely be happy.

After an initial learning curve, this has proven super easy to set up, and it feels sturdy and well-built. Easy too to disassemble and tuck away. Great screen for the price, and more than enough for my living room movie nights and backyard screenings!

This thing is massive. The tripod won’t stand on its own in a strong breeze, but it feels sturdy indoors. I bought this to use outside so I plan to stake it down when I do that. Overall, it’s a very good build quality.

The screen is incredibly easy to set up and can be done in 60 seconds. The balance is good and sturdy, although I would be wary about doing this outdoors if there is a breeze. Based on the design there is no creasing on the screen and there is enough tension to keep it looks completely flat. My only gripes would be, the odor (similar to a photocopy toner or heavy plastic smell) that last a couple days. My recommendation is to leave it open in a ventilated area for a couple days prior to you needing it. I also wish it would have come with a carrying case to conveniently transport both items. However, considering how low they are able to keep the price-point and how easy it is to use, I can't complain too much. Really great screen and good quality. I've been using it almost every day for a few weeks.

I bought this first off cause I got a great price on it. After reading the reviews I did have mixed feeling. So I got this to watch the Super Bowl off my wife projector. The screen itself is in great quality. Works like the screen should. The stand is a little wobbly. I will say one of my yellow labs ran head first into the screen will open on the stand, and it didn’t effect the picture. I did not have to adjust it again after. If the stand was more sturdy I would give 5 stars
