No quality control? It was set to Celsius. Read the instructions on how to change that to Fahrenheit. Buttons not functioning so it would not change. Not a huge deal. It would be ok with me if it only read Celsius. Left plugged in overnight with a fridge thermometer inside. After sitting all night on the lowest setting it was 50 degrees still. Over the past few days it has fluctuated between 46 and 52 degrees. Never any lower than 46 and certainly not anywhere near the 33 degree claimed by Best Buy. So after only a few days I will be returning and looking for another brand.

Unplugged it and tried again, wait 3 hours., set to 33 degrees, it can never reach below 46 degrees. I emailed the company, no responded, I am not sure my item is defective or all units are the same.

Unplugged it and tried again, within 30 minutes it was 40 degrees. 30 minutes after that, it was 50 degrees. I can keep drinks reliably cooler in my garage.
