It dries so more than my old one. VERY quite. I really enjoy it!. Taller and can handle blankets like a champ!. I would recommend anyone to purchase this machine. Its a good valunale brand

This Inisignia dryer has a larger capacity than our old one, dries clothes quicker and quieter, and looks pretty nice. We've been using it for almost 6 months now and have no complaints. Considering it was 2/3 the price of the samsung dryer and has more features (like the steam cycle), i think it was the best choice.

Huge on space and the dry time is extremely effective. Cuts laundry time in half because of size and efficiency.

We purchased our Insignia to replace a 12 year old dryer that recently broke and wasn't worth repairing. So far we are happy, but decided not to install the steam feature. In the past we've always had a downswing door that acts as a tray to load/unload clothes, but because of the good price & quick availability I bought this side swing door model. After hooking it up I did switch the door from the right hinge to the left, taking about a half hour to complete, to function better in our laundry room. We like all the muliple settings, especially the timed drying setting & the large load capacity.

Love it!! Super quiet and efficient!! Will definitely buy this brand again.

Great dryer haven't had any issues out of it, the steam refresh does great for taking wrinkles out, and the size fits even the bulkiest comforters.

Simple to set up . Large tub. Easy to use. Graet product

We hadn’t had this dryer 3 weeks and it stopped working. Fast forward after calling the trying to speak to an actual local store associate and it takes you to the call center! They say the reason is store being busy… not at different days and different times! Fast forward to finally getting through to the manufacturer number. We had to wait a week before they sent geek squad out. The guy says your motor is out!!! Explain to me how if we bought it brand spanking new!!! Welp he actually told my dad that he has seen that particular model have the motor issue a lot. If that is the case why didn’t Best Buy remove that particular model of dryer? From the delivery situation and the delivery guy Junior lying saying he was there and the time stamps don’t match from what was reported to him not being able to answer me when I asked if you knocked on the door. The whole time my dad was sitting there in the living room and he said “nobody’s home”! It rained that day so maybe that’s the reason he lied and we had to wait a couple more days for it to be delivered. This whole experience really sucked and now the guy says well we may have the part in next week or it may come in early!?! So now this is a total of 2 weeks without a dryer. The crazy thing is , I was actually about to buy the matching insignia washer to match!!! I don’t think so!!! Best Buy NEVER has to worry about me buying nothing from them again!!!! I sure do miss H.H Gregg. This would’ve NEVER happened with them!!! From now on it will be Lowe’s or Home Depot. You can also forget trying to enter me into any contest for a gift card, contest and keep that darn $5 promo certificate for this review!!!! I don’t want a darn thing y’all have to offer, unless it’s a darn return for this jacked up dryer which we know won’t happen!!!! #NeverAgain

Great deal and great dryer. I will say that removing the legs to attach the pedestal was quite a fiasco. The legs on the dryer don't come off without a fight. Having said this, the dryer works awesome.

Works very well. A little loud and the buttons could be a bit more tactile, but otherwise great machine at a good price.

Love this dryer works great. Is large size easily holds a king sized comforter.

I bought this dryer 7 months ago. From the beginning the door sometimes locked itself. Now it's every time. You have to apply huge force and break your nails to try to open the door. Never had this happen before with any appliances. The sensor is much worse than my old dryer's. I use Timed drying every time because otherwise the clothes is always damp. The timed drying takes much longer to set than any appliance I've seen. You can only set it for 40 minutes, then press up or down arrow to add/subtract the time. With bedding, towels, etc, it takes 2.5 hours. So you have to press the up button from 40 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes, and it goes up by 1 minute. I miss my old dryer where all it took was one turn of a knob. And the door never locked on me after the drying was done.

I haven’t owned it very long but I put wet stuff in and I take dry stuff out. Couldn’t ask for more.
