Worked until it didn't. Computer went out bestbuy returned under warranty.

So far so good. On sale, good features. I just hope it lasts.

I wanted to buy a clothes dryer. I found Insignia™ - 8.0 Cu. Ft. Electric dryer at a good price. The fryer was scheduled to be picked up at Bestbuy Outlet. The fryer was described as an "open box." In the store I got a dryer with a "Excellent condition" sticker and scratches. I accepted the scratches due to the low price. After connecting the dryer, I found heating it didn't work. Bestbuy just stated "return to store no home repairs". I rented the van again for another $100 and returned this "excelent conditiion " dryer to them to cheat another customers.

Wonderful washing machine for the money you can't beat it!!

I bought Insignia Washer and dryer set, washer came defective from company and did not start at all for my first load, so replaced under warranty .Dryer broke after 11 months and had to replace with different brand due to discontinued product and unavailability of parts to replace under warranty. Not a good brand to buy any products, even it's free.

I received this dryer on September 21st. I went use the dryer on today and the dryer will not stay powered on. I called support to be told that I have to wait on a technician to call me back in 24 to 48 hours to give them more details before someone will even come out to look at the dryer. When I asked about returning the dryer or exchanging it, I was told the dryer is on backorder until November 28th. I will be returning this dryer and taking my business elsewhere.

After 3 attempts to deliver a Functional dryer, Best Buy offered me a 'Compensation' for the problems. NOW they have reneged on the amount agreed to and want to just blow me off with a minimal amount of a gift card. You cannot even contact a supervisor to help you. Customer service just puts you on hold so they can get a 'higher' approval but you are not allowed to talk to that higher approver. Trying work with Best Buy is NOT your best bet for customer service. Advise you buying products from somewhere else.

Broke within a day, delivered on march 8 it’s now march 30…2 phone calls a technician visit and still not 1 word about a replacement date… been a Best Buy member for years and this is the first problem really ever and their customer service sucks,absolutely trash communication and zero follow through… I had to go to a competitor and get a dryer, zero zero zero stars if I could give less I would

5/5 stars to Best Buy customer service and in store folks, but 1/5 (0 if I could) for the dryer itself - and the pedestal that the computer says fits BUT IT DOESN'T. Two attempts to install with two different pedestals and then they forced it to fit. The following weekend (three weeks after purchase) the DRYER BROKE. C-9 Error. Back it went. Best Buy made it right, but never again for Insignia in the laundry area!
