I like the long length for when I use the cable to connect my laptop to a TV screen, and due to the furniture situation it's not so easy to get the laptop close to the TV to be able to use a shorter cable.

This was the only cable I could find at the store that was reasonably priced. All of the advanced HDMI two way functions worked. the cable passed the Apple TV cable test. The build Quality is excellent.
