Had an older remote and this universal remote did the trick as a replacement.

We lost our remote but lo and behold this one was sitting right on the shelf. Easy to program and works how it should.

very versatile and easy to program. Too bad it doesn't use RF as well as IR. The other quibble is there are a lot of small buttons that take getting used to.

The unit is easy to set up, work as described. I only needed fo control my LG TV. Would give it a 5 star if the battery was not missing.

I purchased insignia universal remote for the TV in the clubhouse. The original remote volume button was not working. It took me a few tries to get it to work but now it is great to be able to adjust the volume.

Love this remote. And really like the backlight. Now I wish my factory remote would have broke earlier so I would have look and found this remote a long time ago. It has been so easy to use and well worth the price.

Best Universal Remote I’ve ever purchased. Can program multiple devices. Can program different streaming apps to the colorful buttons and has back lit display with the click of a button. We had zero issues linking the the remote to our Samsung SMART TV and our JBL sound bar. The fact that a significant majority of reviews for this remote were positive gave me the confidence to buy one. Unfortunately, my experience came closer to those customers who wrote negative reviews. For me, this remote was impossible to properly program. I found the direction booklet lacking in that it did not provide clear, step-by-step programming instructions. There were many trials and man errors; there was no success. Was it the devise? The system? Me? I don't know for sure. I have returned the remote, it was not even remotely useful.

I bought this to replace a Logitech Harmony remote that failed. The unit has worked with all the devices I needed it for. The only draw back I've found so far is the lack of information about what buttons do what on the different devices. Off/On is pretty simple but some of the other features are hard to figure out. Example: My Yamaha AV receiver has four HDMI inputs and I use them all. I had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to change between the inputs with this remote. Turns out I have to use the number buttons 1, 2, 3 & 4 while having the "Audio" device button selected. I have some features on the receiver I'm still trying to figure out, but generally speaking the remote works well and It gets the basic job done. I would recommend it to anyone needing a good universal remote.

Excellent remote, easy setup. It worked with all my devices, and it only took a few minutes to set up. It has all the necessary buttons. I am very pleased with it!
