Not nearly as sophisticated as a Harmony or MX, but it's easy to set up and use. The Activity and Volume Lock features work just as well as those pricier ones, and the Activity function helps make up for not having dedicated Channel and Transport Lock features. Having learning capability at this price (and the even cheaper 3 and 5 device ones) really helps. Unfortunately the App and Channel shortcut buttons can't be repurposed into learnable buttons. And the IR emitter is pretty weak especially if you're used to some that you can just point anywhere in the room or use RF.

Works with my Lg TV, Onkyo surround sound & Samsung blue ray player with minimal setup headaches. Wish backlight was Motion sensing but pushing light button isn't a problem.

I am very happy with this remote. I use this to control my Samsung TV (already pre-programmed), my ROKU (already pre-programmed), I was able to pair it with my TIVO unit, and my Blu-ray player. Programming was easy, and works well. The only drawback is if I am controlling a device like the ROKU and need to change the volume I need to select TV. Overall it works well for all of my devices and simplified my setup.

I bought this to replace the laughable remote that came with my Insignia TV, which is connected to both an HTPC and digital antenna. The original remote doesn't have number buttons on it which we need for the antenna and is awkward for me to handle. This remote is large and easy to handle. Inexplicably it does not include a button for Settings. Granted, you don't need it much after you've set the TV up but using the antenna means changing the setup every time. So, instead of replacing the old remote it means I've got another remote to keep track of. Oh, well.

This enabled our TV to once again start! The old one had a faulty starter switch.

very versatile and easy to program. Too bad it doesn't use RF as well as IR. The other quibble is there are a lot of small buttons that take getting used to.

The unit is easy to set up, work as described. I only needed fo control my LG TV. Would give it a 5 star if the battery was not missing.

So far, seems pretty easy and straightforward to operate. Like the backlighted keys. Cheaper than some other all in 1 remotes.

Love this remote. And really like the backlight. Now I wish my factory remote would have broke earlier so I would have look and found this remote a long time ago. It has been so easy to use and well worth the price.

I am glad I purchased this remote control. It is easy to use, but challenging to setup due to my tv being older.

Best Universal Remote I’ve ever purchased. Can program multiple devices. Can program different streaming apps to the colorful buttons and has back lit display with the click of a button. We had zero issues linking the the remote to our Samsung SMART TV and our JBL sound bar. Had an older remote and this universal remote did the trick as a replacement.

We lost our remote but lo and behold this one was sitting right on the shelf. Easy to program and works how it should.

I bought this to replace a Logitech Harmony remote that failed. The unit has worked with all the devices I needed it for. The only draw back I've found so far is the lack of information about what buttons do what on the different devices. Off/On is pretty simple but some of the other features are hard to figure out. Example: My Yamaha AV receiver has four HDMI inputs and I use them all. I had a heck of a time trying to figure out how to change between the inputs with this remote. Turns out I have to use the number buttons 1, 2, 3 & 4 while having the "Audio" device button selected. I have some features on the receiver I'm still trying to figure out, but generally speaking the remote works well and It gets the basic job done. I would recommend it to anyone needing a good universal remote.

Excellent remote, easy setup. It worked with all my devices, and it only took a few minutes to set up. It has all the necessary buttons. I am very pleased with it!
