Directions to program remote to the tv were pretty straightforward. My 5 year old presses a lot of the buttons then gets upset when he cannot change the show he’s watching. Taught him how to press the button labeled “TV” before attempting to change shows and crisis averted.

Disappointing Universal Remote

I liked the fact that it was backlit but that's about it. Difficult to program even with some tech savvy help.

It works fine with my Roku box (standalone Roku that is wired to HDMI port on tv). Works well with my sound bar also which is Insignia brand.

It does everything but have the ability to turn it on. That’s the only reason for it not being a 5-star and the equivalent of the Harmony remote I had previously.
