    This is very useful for smaller devices that have a micro HDMI. I've used the adapters prior to this but they were too bulky and eventually put a lot of pressure on the micro HDMI out. I'm currently using this on a tablet with a micro HDMI out to an older non smart TV. 8' cable is nice and convenient. The cable is on the thinner side so you might want to be careful with handling and making sure nothing heavy sits on it. Performance is good. I haven't had any issues so far.

    This is the right cable to connect a Windows tablet to a HDTV. This is the mini, not the micro. It might not work with a phone.
