The flat head plug makes for a nice touch, as it allows to be plugged in behind areas that are up against a wall. Just remember to hit the switch to power it on, dont be like me wondering why nothing was turning on right away.

I didn’t need it when I bought, but the price was so low I knew it would come in use at some point. My daughter went off to college and it came in use. She has not had any issues with it. Works as it should

It apparently works but how would you really know unless you had an electrical surge (thunder store or related nearby that you were aware of). It lays flat and seems fine.
