She handed me this and said that's all there is. Well all I can say is that my Sony and Samsung now have a screen full of smudge marks. Furthermore, my laptop is no cleaner. Not sure if it was just a bad batch or a bad product all around

When I took it home it required a full 10 minutes to remove the plastic wrapping. Not well designed! After using it for the first time I found that The top lid was not designed big enough to protect the towelettes from drying out. They always stuck out the side of the lid, wasting product. This product is difficult to use.

The store refused to give credit because said they could not take back because of virus. That makes no sense at all as they can't be sold to anyone any way since they are defective. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years, but will not be buying anything more ever unless they resolve this.

Terrible wipes and store experience!

Tried to return to the store the next day and the register would not allow a return. A manager was not available so another employee said he could only offer me a store credit. The website says "Free and Easy Returns", not so much. I just did a dispute on my credit card.
