I was assured they would order new wipes and have them sent to my house in a week. They arrived and had the same date on them as the ones I had returned. I gave up and kept them. They work OK but the sheets are pretty dry already.

Worst Wipes I've Ever Used

I've tried using them on several different device monitors, and they all look worse after using them than before. The wipes only work for creating a streaky mess that will not buff out no matter what I do.

I'm guessing that's why they leave giant smear marks on any screen they touch. I can only assume the expiration is the reason this product performs so poorly as others seem to have no issues with them.

Could not get my credit back from the store. Total waste of time. Store was not helpful. Will really try to avoid Best Buy in Vernon Hills in the future. Very bad experience over a $5 dollar item. I think the management changed. In the past I purchased an iMac, an iPhone, Zagg glass, a printer and other items. Sorry.
