HUGE power bank but not too big that airports do not allow on airplanes. Powers my laptop and ms surface (not at the same time) when there isn't a power plug nearby.

This thing was great when it was working. Charged fast. However, it died 6 months later. I need to RMA. This is why I’m giving it 3 stars only.

This wasn't what I thought it was when the person sold it to me in the store but I decided to keep it because it's probably useful. It works and if it's charged fully I'd say it does only 1 full charge for my laptop. Has come in handy though.

This battery pack is great. Charged my laptop and my iPhone from a low percentage to full in the span of about 6 hours while at a track meet. Worked so good I bought another one it’s small but good

I bought it with a discount. It's a basic battery bank just in case. Don't expect fast charging.

Works great with a Steam Deck, will charge it to full while playing demanding games like Elden Ring, so you dont have to out your foolish ambitions to rest!

At this cost, definitely worth getting as enough charge to charge my laptop and more. Includes nice quality USB type C cable and type C connectivity.

The customer service was good. All associates I spoke with were helpful and courteous. But, I didn't get the right product. After returning it and buying another I found it wasn't what I needed either.

Battery comes in a nicely textured plastic shell. The it's decently heavy and dense and is able to charge my phone or my laptop. Can't complain, does everything at a good price.

It’s got a good look. It’s about as heavy as a laptop charger. It uses a 30 watt adapter to charge the power park in about 4 hours (sold separately)

Great value for the power capacity. Initial useage shows that it does its job as advertised. I travel quite often and this thing keeps me plugged in!

At 40$ this is an amazing steal not the highest end product ever but right below plane requirements and is amazing for anyone with a usb c charging laptop.

Even though many do not consider this brand as reliable. This product with this brand has always been a beeter backup than other products in market.

Deceptively labeled packaged and sold, this is NOT a charger and does not even come with a power cord or any other way to plug it into a wall outlet. If you buy this with the hope of charging your laptop, you’ll be SOL as I was. And this would not have happened if my salesperson had been even marginally well educated on what this product is and isn’t before she misled me into buying it. This is nothing but an external battery pack. It’s also VERY heavy.

For the capacity this portable power bank has, this is an absolute steal. I have actually charges my work computer, it's incredible.

This brick can charge a laptop or any other device and has a lot of power to do so. I got it on sale and use it often.

It charges a bit slow, but when let it charge over night and it can full charge my MacBook Pro. Also good quality cable and feels durable

I would put this in the mixed bag. Read the package does what's intended but still a very stale product.

Bought it so that I could use it to power my work laptop when working at a coffee shop and it works great for that funtion
