Opened it the first day to charge it and it was already swollen. Charged it fully and used it the next day. Not sure if the lack of battery is because it’s defective or it’s normal. I’ve seen some google results say these have a slight bulge as of swollen to begin with. I expected to charge my phone st least twice on a full pack but got barely one.

Failed about 30 days after return period ended

Left it sitting for over a month, and was able to recharge an iphone to 60% before dying. It now apparently charges happily - the blue lights on the side blink, but once you unplug it and plug something in to charge from it, nothing happens. I'm glad I got it on sale and only got ripped off for $40.

Disappointing Performance

Power out is pretty quick but I can only get maybe 75% charged on my ThinkPad P53s. It seems like it might continue to discharge power, even when it’s not plugged into a device. The biggest issue is the power in. This thing takes forever to charge. For. Ev. Er. The convenience of having the power bank is totally negated by the time spent recharging.

Before this, the charging light would remain lit even when a cable was unplugged from it (presumably meaning it was draining power even when not being used). Now it is non-refundable. What a complete joke of a product by Insignia and terrible return policy by Best Buy for their own products.
