Product is as advertised but service is non-existent and will lead to near-term death of business. Unbelievably bad service. No sales personnel and no knowledge of product.
Spend some of your money and hire some people to answer questions and accept payment.

Loved it when i got it but 1 year later it won't charge my computer. It will charge other devices (for now) but disappointing it won't work for my laptop anymore (Lenovo)

Ok so my power bank gotta be defective. I charged my iPad Pro from 12% to 90%. Charged my iPhone 12 Pro Max from 20% to 90% and my vape which has two batteries which equal 2500 man. After charging these three things my power bank is nearly dead. This is bs! On top of that if I just charge my Apple Watch alone, the power bank stops charging it after a couple of minutes. Not worth the price, I’m over my return window to sucks for me

Mine is probably going to go back. When I plug a usb-c cable (either the supplied one, or a dozen I had on hand) into my phone - the phone starts charging the battery pack.
So I tried a Amazon tablet - same thing - the battery on the tablet starts draining, and it starts charging the battery pack.
I honestly can't think of a way to use this (unless you want to charge the battery back with your phone).
