It looks like they updated the design because the connectors on this one are much beefier and sturdier. Also, yes fast charging works correctly on my Pixel 7.

It let's you know that it is meant for extra power consumption. Although testing with a USB C tester (which I would recommend getting as well) I can safely get ~65W (at 20V 3.5A) without a problem and most certainly get 100W (at 20V 5A) safely without problems as that's what the rated power is for this cable.

The few times I’ve used it so far, it has not given me any problems and would recommend for that purpose.

Does not overheat. positive connection. No Issues. The price was right! It looks and feels heavy duty and well constructed. A quality cable.

Worked superbly. I have no idea why I needed a high-quality 8' cable but I'm glad I got this. Hotel rooms don't often put plugs right where I want to sit.
