Honestly this refrigerator is good I really like it.

As a loyal customer I always buy from bestbuy a great deal

I like it very much, rooming for single apartment.

The moment I installed it start cooling everything I put in it!!! I live with my wife and is more than enough for us!!! If you have a large family it wont work for you!!! Great Price, and doesn't consume to much electricity!!!

Fridge is fine. We bought it for the garage. Disappointed that the freezer part can’t keep a pizza or ice cream frozen though.

The fridge is ok for overflow however it is loud..

Had it running since delivery and almost 2 days later the freezer is at 70 degrees and the fridge part is warmer. Ice cubes are just sitting in there waiting to be frozen. Good delivery service but horrible product. Seems to be an ongoing issue based on the reviews. Had to take all my food out and put it back in my mini fridge(insignia brand which is really good). Will be returning.

I put this in my upper rental flat. It's a small kitchen but this does the trick wonderfully for my tenant! Inside is easy to clean and wasn't as hard to move in as bulkier models.

Works great, and the price was right. This is for my office, so I wanted something functional and inexpensive. The door was easy to switch sides for opening. I would buy it again.

I had high hopes for this because of the high ratings but this did not last after two months. Ended up with melted ice cream which we then discovered that it leaked into the underneath bowl. This is after we loaded it into my car which the frig had to be tilted. Not good. Anyway, BestBuy was great and gave us store credit because it was out of the protection plan. Which was fine. They were very courteous. I must have bought a defective frig.

I purchased this fridge as a second, to keep all the extra food that will not fit in my regular fridge. It works great, plenty of room, frost free, and pretty nice looking.

First refrigerator was delivered with drawers cracked- the freezer stopped working within a few weeks on the next two delivered. Great size for small spaces but can't recommend.

This fridge seems to be very temperature sensitive as a slight adjustment makes everything freeze. Then a slight adjustment the other way and everything gets soft in the freezer

It's to small and the refrigerator doesn't get cold enough.

You have to be careful of how you pack it to ensure everything fits properly. Not recommended if you have more than one teenage son. Does work well.

Although it is smaller than I wanted for our work lounge, we are making it work in our office. Great use of space.

Don't buy this model! Get the NS-RTM10WH0 instead! I bought the NS-RTM10WH7 because it was on sale and had a lot of good reviews but I was disappointed. The dial in the freezer broke within a year (very cheaply made) leaving the freezer blasting my food resulting in frost. You could hear it working hard at different times in the day. It was so LOUD! It eventually took energy away from the refrigerator making it so my food spoiled. I eventually replaced it with the NS-RTM10WH0. The freezer dial in that one is built better. I don't see breaking it. It also has "No Frost" airflow so I don't anticipate anymore frost problems!! It has more room inside but is almost the same exact size as the NS-RTM10WH7. The only thing the NS-RTM10WH7 has over the NS-RTM10WH0 are the door shelves in the freezer. They were big enough for ice cream pints, but that isn't a deal breaker since there's still space for them. Other then that it's a better refrigerator in every way in my opinion! It's also $10 cheaper then this one! Get the NS-RTM10WH0 instead!
