Open box was priced right and service was excellent.

This fridge measures 59 1/2" from floor to top of the case. The description says 58 5/8. Not a huge difference except if the bottom of the cabinet is 59". It looks like a perfectly good fridge otherwise.

Died in less then 3 years. I’m guessing it was the compressor went out because I changed out relay and nothing. The light would come on but no compressor. You get what you pay for.

The first model I received was dented in the frame, so never brought it upstairs. The second model's freezer refused to work, although the refrigerator part kept a good 40 degree F. The third model's freezer worked well, but the refrigerator consistently stayed at freezing 32 degrees or lower. Worst quality control I've ever experienced AND they only exchange; refused to repair.

The unit frosts up quickly and does defrost. Better idea to buy a more expensive higher feature unit. Price is good but should have spent more

We've only owned the refrigerator a few weeks, but working as it should for our purpose. We placed it in our basement as a beer/soda fridge and to contain overflow from our main refrigerator at time we are entertaining.

This cubic foot size is rare, but just what we need for our shop.

I brought this fridge to replace the one that was in my RV and it fits perfectly. It is definitely worth buying as the cooling system is wonderful.

I bought this because the old one was making too much noise. Though it’s new refrigerator, it makes too much noise.

I have spent the last two years thawing it out every 3 weeks to keep it running. Never again will I trust this brand and completely fed up. Every 3 weeks, ice builds up in the units lower cooling vent and the bottom spoils all my food.

The fridge stopped working within 9 months - ice cream kept in the Freezer is becoming milk-shake and the food kept in both Fridge and Freezer is smelling and becoming bad. Calling today to check how would they fix /replace the fridge as it is still not 1 year and within warranty.

noises started right after the 15 day return policy window, now I am stuck with it.tried rubber anti vibration pads under feet and dozens of feet leveling adjustments but nothing works ! I expected a better product through best buy...

First unit stopped working on 6.28.2019. Even as an Elite member there is no support options. I did not purchase the warranty either. As of 7.1.2019 I am purchasing a second unit with BB warranty. At this point I cannot recommend a fridge which dies after 2 years. Only purchased a second due to the size constraints I have.

even on the lowest setting, the contents freeze, we have wasted canned beverages because they froze and exploded. this is a piece of crap....waste of money, now to see if we can get our money back or get this thing fixed....not happy.

Great price.. but died after 2.5 years....parts are not available. In the 1st year it was great.

This fridge was fine or a second drink fridge and extra space. However, it died only days after the one year warranty was up. I called Best Buy and they filed for an extended warranty but I never heard back after 6+ weeks. I had to replace it in the meantime and let’s just say it wasn’t replaced with the same item. What a fail. You get what you pay for.

its very nice for the price but it wont last broke down i 2 years

After 1 year it began running very loud and making a funny gurgle noise ever few seconds all the time. At 1 1/2 Years old. The freezer motor freezes up about every other month. The refrigerator stops cooling every few months. The refrigerator freezes the food at the normal cooling degrees. Im so disappointed.

My old refrigerator hummed. This one buzzes, loudly. Except for the buzzing it's great looking and does the job.
