Bought these DVD players for our move from CA to NC. Love that you can play 2 different movies so that each child could watch what they wanted. Have had them for 2 months now and they are still working like the day we bought them. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for portable DVD players.

This is a good DVD with good picture. Would of got a 5 star but for $149 you would think that they would come with headphones,had to spend another $25 on that. That's the only disappointment .

This product is so easy to setup, we had a long road trip and needed entertainment quickly this product save the day and also very cheap!

Bought these so my wife could have peace on her 4 hour trip with the kids. Being able to watch seperate movies was an awsome bonus. Also being able to use them in the hotel room helped out as well with the included ac adapters. The picture is very good as well have to say one of the best bang for the buck purchases we have made recently.

I purchased this portable DVD player for my car after buying and rebuying the RCA portable DVD Player that kept skipping after two weeks of usage. I decided to give the Insignia portable DVD player a try because it had great reviews. Unlike the poor quality RCA portable DVD player, the Insignia works exceptionally. It is aesthetically pleasing, there are two separate DVD players that operate independently, they come with headphones connection, they are easy to use, they come with a carrying case, they can be used as a DVD player that can be connected to a TV, they can be used as a stand alone portable DVD player in the car, hotel room etc.....most importantly .....THEY DO NOT SKIP.....As I mentioned above, I purchased them for my car. They come in handy when my family is taking long road trips. The DVD player keeps my 19 month old daughter happy during road trips as she’s able to watch her favorite cartoons and movies such as Sesame Street, Barney and Sing.

Purchased twin 9" players to preserve parental sanity for two 14-hour trips (and future trips). Unlike older models, each child could watch what they wanted, eliminating 80% of past whining, and when you shut the car off during short breaks, the movies did not lose their place. They simply began where they left off, eliminating the other 20%. The 9-inch screens were also upgrades over our past 7-inch versions and were plenty large enough considering their tablets and phones are much smaller. And here's the key...these were only $169. To get a comparable system installed on Honda Odysseys, the upcharge is about $2,000...not for exact, matching specs I know, but close enough. And when our old $125 set went on the fritz after about 6 years and 15,000 miles of travel use, we didn't have to pay Honda $140/hour plus parts to fix it... we just tossed them in the trash and got the latest, improved model of portable DVD players. My two pre-teens said the sound and picture quality were excellent and they "loved" them. I even got a thank you after the trip for buying them since they were so cool! My only concern is that they will stop making these. At the time of our first purchase, there were several brands and price points...now there is only this one brand, so if you are interested in these excellent travel TVs, you may want to get them soon.

This dual portable DVD system has everything I want. Holders mounted easily on the back of my car seat headrests, and the BEST part of this is that each DVD player can play it's own disc, so the kids can watch two separate movies if they so choose. Great value for the money.

Easy to setup and use. Both can watch their own video. Good value for the money.

I bought this for my grandkids to watch movies in our car. The DVDs play fine and the quality of the picture is good. The issues I have is that the Case that the DVD players go in to strap to the seat has to be unstrapped every time you want to change a DVD and it's hard to tell which button does what because the writing is so small. The good news is that they seem to work well.

Nice DVD plays, good picture, the only down fall is that there is not battery. I had to be plugged in all the time.

Highly recommended. Take some long road trips in the car and the kids are entertained with this. And it allows you to play two different DVDs because you know the kids can never agree on which movie to play.

Quality product for quality price. I like that both TVs have individual DVD players. Would recommend and would purchase again. Great screen size and ease of use. Would be nice to have a remote but not a reason to pass on this product.

I bought these DVD’s for my grandkids who ride with me a lot. They are easy to use fit great behind headrests and work perfectly. I like that the kids can watch separate movies. I also have earphones so I can still listen to my radio.

We recently used these for the first time on a 9-hour car drive. They performed flawlessly both independently and synced together, and kept the kids entertained between family car games. The included headrest cases work well, but do not fit a headrest that isn't symmetrically shaped very well, so I had to improvise a bit. Picture quality is good, and the sound was far better than units we have used in the past.

I drove from va to SoCal with thes to occupy 3 kids. My youngest gave them a good kick a few times. (1yr old) and it held up great. Only thing I would suggest is making it louder. I love that it can play 2 different movies!

It is great that each screen can show a different movie. Most kids fight over which movie to watch. Now two kids can pick a movie of their choice. Using this in a van, the biggest change or update that it needs, is to have a power connecting cord between the two screens, long enough to have one screen in each the middle and the back row of the vehicle. This was a gift to 4 grandchildren that travel many miles to see me.

Glad I got the 2 player instead of the single player unit, just in case my kid breaks one...previously I had a one player with a second monitor...two independent units is way better, and about the same price...now I have a back up if one ever has an issue

I purchased this to entertain 3 kids while we on our way to vacation and would be on the road a lot. It's nice that they were able to watch the same video or different ones. The screen is a nice size and it was easy to use and set up!

Great for families with more than 1 child. Good picture quality. Easy to set up and use.

Great picture and very easy to install works great for my grand kids. Work great with headphones.
