My two boys loved these on our road trip. The cord that powers them in the car is lengthy enough and they can plug them into the wall once at the hotel. Took away one star only because they do not mount easily to the back of the head rest. We never could get it to work so they just held them. You can not change the dvd while in the part that mounts to the headrest either.

It has a great picture, I just seen to always have an issue with trying to get it to play. It takes forever to load. The mounting hardware for the headrest is lacking, but if you can get it to stay up and to play it works great

The system is easy to set up. The straps and Velcro fasteners held the screens firmly. The sound is good. The only drawback is the screens are not bright enough. We had to buy shades to put on the windows to help the kids see their movies. It gets even worse when the screens are connected to show the same movie.

We still have DVDs that our kids can watch on long drives during vacations. Our older system stopped working, and my wife really wanted another system for them to use. She researched all the potential options for HOURS, and decided on a Sony system from Target. She put it in the car and within 30 minutes it had problems. She just happened pass a best buy and looked to see if they had anything at all. She saw this and purchased it without any other research at all. It worked great! We have used it for 3 long drives where our boys can watch movies. They can watch the same movie at once on their own screen or they can choose to watch different movies at the same time. It exactly what she wanted. Simple and easy to install, setup, and use.

Picture and sound was good. Wish you did not have to keep player plugged in to play.

We purchased these for our two kids and are very satisfied. We previously owned a DVD player for the car and it stopped working. We purchased this bc it came with 2 DVD players at a great price. Ours have been on 5/6 road trips and used 3-4 times when they were sick in bed, and worked very well. They Do Not play blu-ray, which we have had to remind ourselves a few times, but they have certainly kept our two kids, ages 8 & 10, busy on those 4 hour trips. I like the feature of a joint cable that will “mirror” the other player and play the same dvd, but we have not had much use for it, as my son and daughter have different tastes. Highly recommended!

We bought this system to replace a different dual dvd system from a different store and manufacturer. This was an upgrade. You do have to undo some of the straps on the front to switch a movie out, which makes it hard for my kids to change their movie. The ability to watch two different movies and have separate head phones makes for less noisy and stressful trips

Our previous car had a built in DVD player we used on road trips. This seemed like the easiest way to duplicate the experience for the kids. Perfect for use a few times a year on long road trips. The mess of wires to have it all hooked up prevent it from being something you'd want to leave hooked up at all times. We've used it on multiple trips from Pennsylvania to Myrtle Beach and it keeps the kids busy. It does NOT play Blu Ray, so make sure you're buying regular DVDs if you're planning to use them in here. That can be a challenge with new releases.

The players themselves are good. Quality picture and fairly easy to use, but the holders are super cheap. The players fall out constantly, the straps make it hard to see the screen, blocks the speakers and just allow them to fall out constantly. BUY DIFFERENT HOLDERS!

Very good quality and very easy to use for the kids.

I bought this to keep my children entertained while we drove to the beach. We drove 8 hours with a 21/2 year old with NO problems at all. Well worth the money. I will never travel without again.

I bought this and decided to get this instead of another brand when I need to replace my car dvd player for kids; this was nice since you can play two different movies, after a few weeks of using the other one start to hear some clicking sound when powering on or when replacing the dvd which im worried but so far it was still working that is why I only give four stars

We wanted something to entertain my two young children while riding in the car. The setup was pretty quick but had some issues with the connections at first, finally got it to go through. The volume was pretty low and the youngest is too young for headphones so we had to by an Aux cable and run it through the car speakers.

This item is great for those who don’t want to mess around with putting after market equipment in your vehicles. Easy to install kids love it keeps them quite throughout the whole ride

My 8 & 9 year old love this product. That can work the DVDs themselves. They can watch together or individually. Easy to install. Great quality for price.

We bought these for our kids on road trip. They work great and keep the kids entertain making the drive a lot easier. My kids like being able to watch their own movies.

Pros Good pic, good sound, stays on during drive, can play same or different DVDs Cons Power cords are long but if you have a van like me they don't stretch to 3rd row unless you have a cig lighter in middle of van to use, headrest attachment is just ok I would have hoped someone could invent a better headrest attachment haha

I found this item saw that it was a good price and good brand. We are always on the road and needed something for the kid. It plays well the sound is great, but the only problem we have. Is when you want to watch another DVD you have to unstrap the front part to get the DVD out. we tried just leaving the strap off but it moves to much without it.

Great picture, no skipping, good sound, used for many hours on our 2500-ish mile road trip. Sat in a hot car in North Carolina for many days and had no problems. Would recommend.

love this as does our daughter. sound is a little on the quiet side though... looking into seeing if the cell phone speakers they sell will work for this (plug it into the headphone jack). dont want out 2 year old wearing headphones. one con is the dvd player is loose though... working on a fix for that with velcro tape i think.
