I like that these DVD players can each play a different video since my kids are 4 yrs apart they want to watch different things. Also the screens each have a harness that secures the screen and prevents it from opening while driving.

When the second DVD player of another brand failed prematurely, I decided to try the Insignia. The controls are much more intuitive and the player works great, of course it is still fairly new. It doesn't produce the volume the other player had, although it is completely adequate and having a bit lower volume is not altogether bad. Very good DVD player for a great price. The only issue I find is the set includes 2 players but only 1 DC vehicle cord with 2 plugs so you can't use the players in 2 different vehicles without transferring the cord.

Does everything we needed at a great price. Kids were happy that they could watch the same or different shows

I bought the first set about 5 years ago. The kids loved them to watch in the back of my car. Bought a second set so each kid could watch own movie. Now about a month ago, one of the players died on us, sad kids, so I went to Best Buy and they had this set. A little bit different as far as kids operating, just had to educate them. Youngest grandkid watches, does not complain how long the ride is and giggles all the while. Love these players.

Great picture and sound. It is hard to change movies as you have to take them down and out of the back of the head rest holders and those are kinda flimsy. I love that they can watch two different movies at the same time.

We love these! Big screen easy setup. Comes with every thing to mount them to your head rest. Big screens.

Dual monitors play well either individually or connected to share a movie. Easy operation, Only drawback is when the players are in the headrest mounts, you have to unstrap it a bit to get a new DVD in/out.

Great for 3rd row viewing of movies on road trips. Clear picture, reasonably priced, great quality.

The quality is great and my kids can watch different movies and there portable which is awesome...

For the most part this product has been great for my son to use in the back seat of the car. Only complaint I have is it does skip sometimes but if you just restart it then it usually fixes itself

Really like the picture quality of the devices. Movie starts where you left off when vehicle is restarted. Only complaint would be the cable that connects the devices to play the same movie could be longer.

We needed a new video player for the car when we took four kids on a trip. This player let us play two separate movies, which really helped keep the peace. I only wish the plug and cord would have been longer.

They have great picture quality but only issue is sound volume is really low. We have to turn the volume control all the way to max and you still have issues hearing the movie unless you use really good headphones.

Our experience with these portable DVD players has been far from stellar to say the least (this is our third try in less than a year). But so far this one has been good and has performed well in our car for our two little ones.

I bought these players for summertime road trips for my four and five year olds. They are two separate devices, so they can watch different movies. However it came with connective cords, chargers, and head rest set ups! My kids preferred holding their devices instead of using the headrest set up. This was a beautiful thing since they were able to adjust their volume and change movies at their will! I love them!

great picture very easy to for kids to use . works great in the car !!! Just what my grand kids needed !!!

They work like they should, my 3 year old can run them. Only downfall is no remote

It works as intended for DVDs only don't expect to play blu-ray movies on here. Pretty nifty that you can play the same movie on both screens or two separate movies on each one. They sit OK on the head rest strap but they will fall off if you don't put them in nice and snug. I don't like that you have to take the whole thing out of the strap in order to change the movie since usually I'm driving when my kids go to play something else. Overall not a bad purchase. They did hold up on a 10 hour football tournament drive with three 10 year olds in the backseat. (that should say it all). Also they include all the hook ups necessary to play in car or in your hotel room and you can even use them as DVD players for your home TV.
