I bought two sets when the item was on sale ($79.99/set) for my three kids (10-5yrs old), so I put this DVD players at 2nd & 3rd row seats in my mini-van, and then my one week of trip by car started... Unfortunately, one of the slave player stopped working for some reason. Well, the rest of the three units still worked fine, so my three kids were very happy to watch their favorite DVDs during our long drive. I will ask Best Buy for the replacement. Even my machine has a issue, I am satisfied with this products (and the good price).

Great DVD Player...bought it just before an 8 hour trip and my kids loved it. It came with 2 sets of headphones which I loved. Set up was easy, the cords have plenty of length, and the head rest attachments work really well.

My family (including 5 year old son) was going on a long road trip and needed to keep our child entertained to maintain our sanity. We went into the store and they had this model and 2 or 3 others in stock. One of the other products was an unknown name brand and this one was priced reasonably well so we decided to get it. The setup didn't go as planned since my car's headrests are tapered toward the top, thereby making the straps slide off, but I was able to rig it to work ok. The system works as advertised. The only negative is that you have to undo the straps that attach the DVD player to the headrest in order to change discs - something a passenger can easily do (although can be frustrating when your child changes his mind several times about what movie he wants to watch). There are better systems out there, but for a relatively inexpensive version that's not custom installed, this one works fine.

sound with provided headphones is good, but is terrible without headphones! picture is great, headrest straps are efficient, picture is perfect! i like that it picks up where dvd player last was before turned off. overall great product and would have given 5 stars if sound was better!

We appreciate the ability to share screens with one movie, and also having the flexibility to give both kiddos what they want on log car trips. Screens are a little on the dark side and if you positioned to the side, it’s hard to see the screen.

I was overall satisfied with the ease of setting up the screens. The headphone connections tend to loosen when driving which causes static. Good player for the price.

The DVD player worked great, entertaining my two young kids during our long ride. The cons: its fastening system didn't work well on my seats. You have to unstrap the main player before hitting the road to load a DVD. It did the job though.

Good distraction for a long car ride. However, we were misinformed by one of the employees that the DVD player was able to hold a charge of 2.5 hours. This was not the case at all. This is what had us sold on the player. Other than that it served its purpose.

My boy loves it. Great picture. Starts right where we ended when shut off and start vehicle.

For the price this worked great for a long trip to the beach. My boys didn't want to wear the head phones for long and the sound from the unit was still loud enough for them to hear even over the radio we were listening to in the front.

This is a great set of portable DVD players. It has a nice nine inch screen, good speaker system and easy to operate functions.

purchased this before a beach trip, only used it a couple times so far, works well for the price I paid for it, curious to see how it works in the long run. my son loves it because it kept him entertained for the 4 hours in the car.

Took my two granddaughters on a road trip and they watched movies for hours. The picture quality is good, my only complaint is one set of the headphones had sound only in one ear. My granddaughter used her own headphones instead.

I have purchased other DVD players and they frequently skip. These DVD players have not skipped one time. They are docked which makes it sturdy. There were negative comments about people not being able to change the DVD while driving. I would rather have a DVD player that plays an entire trip without skipping and deal with that slight inconvenience. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

I bought these for a road trip and unfortunately the straps that hold it onto the seats aren't compatible my vehicle. The screen is clear and great they just had to hold it in their laps to watch.

We knew it would not play BluRay when we bought it and BB doesn't offer one that does (not sure if anyone makes one). It would be nice if it did, not because the picture quality matters but because several of our BluRay disks do not have DVD copies. The employee that helped us implied that pretty much all BluRays come with DVD copies. When we went home and checked we found that the majority of the ones we have don't have DVD copies. It is nice that even after days of not being used it will start a movie where you left off. Overall, this product does what we expected it to do and we are happy with it.

These are great quality. Would buy again. Only complaint is the sleeves that attach the screens to the headrest are not the best. Can be frustrating. Would be 5 stars if not for that issue.

Great save for road trips with kids. Durable,dosent lose signal and easy to install. Virtually no skipping

Needed portable DVD players for a long trip, these were a good price and easy to use. Only issues were the bag provided to put both in (a little tight to use with head rest assemblies still on) and the DVD opening only opens about 30°. But, from other comments those were known, so not that big a deal. Kids used them a bunch both ways, and they're small enough to fit on a shelf or in the back of the car without taking up very much room
