It overheated!

She used it for maybe 3 weeks, and then one day there was a horrible burning smell in her room. The fan had overheated and the motor stopped. I'm not sure how long she had the fan on, so that could have been a factor, if she had left it on all day long. But other fans in my home have been on all day with no issues like this.

It Simply Works
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.What do you expect? It's a very basic fan, it doesn't turn, it simply blows air. The fan has more than one level, which is surprising considering how simplistic it is. Both levels are satisfying. It gets the job done in this ridiculous Texas heat. I keep it next to my computer so I can stay cool while using it. No overheating or fluctuations have been noticed. It does what it has to do.
