    Disc door broke real easy so I'm pretty disappointed about that but as far as playing and the video quality I was pretty happy with that.

    I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED "INSIGNIA". ELECTRONICS. I HAVE AN INSIGNIA TV AND SOUND BAR AND THIS IS MY 3RD PORTABLE DVD PLAYER AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY OF THESE ITEMS.

    9" is a good size for a screen,not too big nor too small and portable enough. I don't watch DVD s often but when travel for work I enjoy using this portable DVD player.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it. It is an upgrade over one that only had a 7 inch screen, and was several years old. The technology has greatly improved with sharp, crisp color and the bigger screen makes viewing much more enjoyable. We are extremely happy with this purchase.

    This was for my mom, who is 68. She just wanted something she can use to watch DVDs in bed or on the couch. This was the easiest way to go. She is VERY low tech and has been able to work this with minimal problems.
