It was light and easy to use so kids could handle in the back seat. Also, came with accessories, car charger, wall charger and headphone splitter so didn't need to purchase separately.

Really annoying there is no remote so not good for what we wanted it for. Other than that worked well on the trip and kept using occasionally but now it takes a lot of messing with to get past the start up screen.

Great Portable DVD player for all ages!

There was nothing on TV in the afternoon that would interest her enough to watch it. At home she watches "I Love Lucy" DVD's over and over.. So this portable DVD player was the perfect gift for her! It was so easy for her to understand, and it plays the DVDs over and over. So it kept her entertained for hours! It has a clear picture for viewing and the 9" screen was just the right size!

portable DVD player

I went back and exchanged it for another one. The second DVD worked well and everything was fine for about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks it wouldn’t read the DVD disc. I tried multiple discs and it still didn’t work. I bought it because of all the good reviews and price ($69.99). If it would work properly I would of given it a 5 star. I gave it a one star because I had to return it and I will try a Sony DVD player instead.
