picture is clear good screen size love it will run for over 2 hours without having to be charged again

I have used this player a lot since my purchase and it performs flawlessly. It is easy to operate, loud enough if there is no other noises present, and what I like most of all is that you can access the menu of the DVD at anytime. It also starts where you finished on your last session when you restart it.

great picture and very easy to use. Kids love these for long road trips.

We took this on vacation with us to the Caribbean so that we could use it for our video workouts. We also used it for movies, but would have liked to be able to plug it into the TV, rather than watch it on the bed. The RCA plug that comes with the player is virtually useless for a wall mounted TV, so i recommend that if you plan on using it with a TV that you buy an extra RCA plug (the red, yellow, and white plugs). Overall it worked great and the battery lasted long enough to play the movies we brought with us (around two hours). The movable screen is a plus.

I have a special needs son who needs his movies playing constantly. This Insignia DVD player has held up well. We've bought several of these over the years because we use them so much. The only downside to this one is the battery life is only about 2.5 hours. The upside is the battery is able to be charged while it's running, so that helps.

A wonderful DVD player with very vivid bright color picture for the price. Very easy to use. My 7 year old grandson uses it without help from me

I bought this to keep at my store and watch movies on "slow" days and to bring on car trips for my daughter. I love the swivel screen and easy operation.

The DVD player is easy to use and store. The swiveling screen is a nice feature. We bought it for a long road trip with a toddler and it helped the miles pass. That said, the speakers do not put out a lot of sound so it can be hard to hear - makes sharing the movie difficult. It is probably best with headphones for one person.

Bought new desktop computer and wanted a good size monitor from a name brand. Very happy with it. Very clear and also slim so takes up little room.

I bought this player to use while traveling and at home. It fits easily into my briefcase and produces a good clarity picture. It is versatile (just CD's for music if desired) and I sometimes play it in my old car which does not have a cd player. I also use it in my study of foreign language and the voice quality is fine. At home if a larger picture is desired it can be plugged into my TV. All in all, it's a great little machine.

It's a neat simple reliable unit. I like the fact that it's not dependent on the remote control for functions. remote controls get LOST in cars - especially when combined with children. Screen resolution could be simpler to understand; you need a bit of trial and error here. Otherwise its great.

It is a great item. Small compact item that I can take with me anywhere. Only thing I don't like it, that it does not come with a case so I had to carry the box to prevent it from being broken.

I bought the DVD player after reading favorable reviews. It is easy to use. It is lightweight enough to carry in a backpack when traveling. The only complaint is the volume is rather low , even when turned as high as it will go.

Yep, I purchased this item and I'm glad I did. You see, I'm low tech and sometimes when everyone else is on the TV or whatever, I turn to my DVD Portable Player and can watch whatever I want, when I want. Really cool item.
