I bought these batteries on sale and used a $5.00 Rewards voucher, so my cost ended up around $5.99 for the box. I haven't yet used them in anything (like TV remote) to give me a good indication of how long they'll last, but I did have several in some holiday candles that came on for about 6 hrs every day for approximately a month. They lasted all through the holiday and I've now used one set from the candles in my Xbox controller and they're still going. So they seem to be pretty good. Are they as good as a name brand? Only time will tell, but I think they are definitely a good value for what I paid (and for the price without my $5.00 Reward certificate).

For the past few years, I have picked up this (48) pack and the same pack in the (AAA) size. It's a great deal and the batteries perform as expected. Between the kids toys and our TV remotes flashlights, smoke detectors, etc. I can usually make it an entire year on 1 pack of these. I have never done any side by side comparison with Energizer or Duracell, but I feel these batteries get the job done and I don't notice myself burning through them any faster than I would using another brand.

Decent batteries. Honestly there's not much to say here. It looks like they expire roughly a little over 3 years. There's a 1 year limited warranty. Ok value. Shop around. If these are on sale, then I think it's worth it. I have old ones in my clock and it's been chugging along for 2 years now. Other uses? I guess you can put them in a sock for home defense. They're pretty dense unlike cheaper Kodak or no name brands.

These Insignia Batteries AA have work well for me, good price and the case they come in help store them.

Ran out of AA's and started searching for the best deal on a trusted battery. Insignia won again. I've been using Insignia batteries for over 5 years with no regrets. They last about as long as the name brands at a fraction of the price. Catch a clue folks; the Insignia brand almost always provides the best bang for you hard earned dollars. (Insignia's mercifully brief foray into the GPS market several years ago is one of the few the reason for the "almost always" caveat).

We should purchase stock in Insignia batteries. I buy these every time Best Buy offers them as the Deal of the Day because they are cheaper than can be purchased anywhere else and the batteries last as long as any other brands (at this price). I highly recommend. We keep a large supply of these for all of our kids' toys.

When these are $6 or so I grab as much as I can. They last pretty long and IMO are about the same in a remote as the BIG TWO name brands would be. Even if they aren't, you get almost 50, so if they only lasted 1/2 the time of the others that's 24 batteries for $6... lets see you get that from the BIG two. Thanks Best Buy! My kids always need batteries for something or another and these are perfect!

These are great. I use them mostly in microphones at church. I used to use rechargeable batteries but I don't have to bother at these prices. They work great. Good shelf life. I go through about ten a week so I usually buy about three packs at a time on the deal of the day when they run for $12 per pack. Can't beat the price. I use them at home too.

When these go on Deal of the Day, it is usually the buy of the day! I always have at least one spare package on my shelf. These Insignia batteries are the upgraded versions of the Dynex batteries that were a bargain. They do not leak, in the package, or a device, they store well, and they are very comparable to Energizers or Duracell retail batteries,

I used to buy the well known brands of batteries but i saw that best buy had a sell going on so i decied to get these instead. They work just as good as the other big brands that we all are used to. Overall, they get the job done at a good price!!! dont need to spend more money on the other battery brands, these are good enough! I will be buying more in the future and i reccoment anyone to get these. havent had any problems with them either

Insignia AA Batteries are great value and when on sale cost much less than competitor's batteries. Have been buying Insignia Batteries for years. These are packaged in a box for storage.

I picked these up on sale for my mom so she can use them in an Oculus Rift for the controllers. It was cheap and there are so many and she will not need to break the bank and will be able to get hundreds of hours use out of this package. I think they were marked down to like 8.99? Super good quality and so far she has no thad to replace the 2 we put in originally, top quality for that guys!

These are very good batteries for the price. Easily as good a the more expensive big name brands.

These batteries are great for general purpose use. They last a reasonably long time and work great in toys/etc. not the longest lasting in video game controllers, but that’s to be expected, and they’ll work for an evening of gaming or two if the rechargeable go dead. I’ve been through several hundred of these and no leakage or any other problems. Just good solid batteries.

Lasts as long a name brand for half the price. Convenient storage box is nice.

This is my second purchase. First was several years ago. The ones I have not used yet still are fully charged and ready to go. So no complaints here. A battery either works or it does not. These worked very well for me. Work just as well as the name brand only cheaper.

Insignia is probably not a very famous brand, but since I have tried a few of their products it should be fine, like this AA battery for example. Why do I rate 5 stars? Because I have tried to measure the usage time with many other brand AA batteries and found that this product is ok with a relatively acceptable price if not cheap.

These AA as well as AAA batteries last long, provides great long lasting power and are better value than the more expensive batteries I’ve purchased in the past. They are perfect for remotes, kid toys, alarms, etc. It’s a great bargain and you won’t be disappointed. I have been purchases these batteries for the past 5+ years and have never been disappointed.
